I had excellent customer service from start to finish. The salesperson was on time and very knowledgeable. The installers were on time and did a fantastic job. The electrician was also on time and had completed the job in no time at all. Could not be happier with the entire experience.

You have a Great Product! You have a Great Salesperson in Scott Hanna! You have Great Service Staff! We had the need to make a service call, and the immediate response was great. It is a testament to a company when they have a great product, go to lengths to resolve any issues a customer may have, and doing it in a timely and efficient manner.

Excellent product, installation, sales person and customer service!! I had a Marygrove awning for over 25 years in my first home and didn t hesitate to go with Marygrove again when I moved to my new home. What a difference a good experience makes! I highly recommend them.

If you are â on the fenceâ , I would highly recommend you go for it. I was on the fence for years, finally got our Marygrove awning last spring. Iâ m kicking myself for all the years we could have been outside enjoying summer on our deck! Excellent product, helpful sales person, a very positive experience.

Love the awning. Back of our house has SW exposure and the sun drives up the AC. The awning over the deck cut those rays and also the AC bills. Installation and maintenance was excellent. Good investment.

WE LOST OUR SHADE TREE AND NEEDED SOMETHING THAT WAS NICE LOOKING AND EFFECTIVE. MARYGROVE HAD MORE THINGS AS STANDARD (LIGHTS, WIND GUARD) WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE, IT WAS A NO BRAINNER. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM 5 STARS ACCROSS THE BOARD BUT THEY HAD TO COME BACK FOR A MINOR ADJUSTMENT. A FINE PRODUCT.

We got three estimates for replacing our deck awning and all were very close in price, but Marygrove offered a discount coupon of $950 so we went with Marygrove. We are very happy with the results. We have been using the new awning for 6 months, now. The entire process was timely and professional.

After a year I came across their booth at a home show. They gave me the show's discounts that included a wind sensor and lights. I had admired another awning in my neighborhood and the owner said all great things about Marygrove even after I had done all my own research on other companies. Their salesman and workers were all very prompt and efficient.

John the salesman was on time and informative. However, my problems raised once the deal was done and work was to be performed. Job was supposed to be a day job, and it took 3 days. This was due to the following: Workers showed up late, Secondly the installed the wrong awing arms. Then after I took off another day of work for them, they showed up late, and arrived again with the wrong arms! Finally after the third time it was completed. I still paid about 5000 for 14 by 10feet awning. Due to all my complaints and issue I was only given 500 dollars off the price. I pay for good quality and customer service, However the product is good, the service isnâ t the best. R/Matt

Our representative, Ryan, out here in Illinois was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were 100% happy with our decision. The installation process was easy. The guys who came to install for complete professionals. We bought two of these awnings and we absolutely love them. Much better pricing than many of the others, For a far superior product. From the time we called to when David showed up to our home our experience was exceptional. David showed us all of the advantages of a Marygrive Awning that we felt were so far superior than the other companies we looked into that we made the decision to have a Marygrove Awning installed and it was a great decision. We have a remote controlled awning with LED lights and a sensor that detects wind and rolls it up automatically and we got all of that for the same price as a Sunsetter. I would recommend them to anyone, now we just need some spring weather so we can use it.
