Functional Floors

This was our second project with Functional Floors and it was a great experience across the board! There were no hassles or issues whatsoever in having the project done. The Office Manager Sherry was phenomenal in scheduling and rescheduling estimates and the actual install project. Our kitchen remodel took some surprising detours and she was always so gracious and understanding, when I needed to reach out and push back our scheduled project for each additional week. Our estimator Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible in coordinating our initial estimates around my husband and my work schedules. Dave's attention to detail and expertise throughout the project was wonderful! I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience of this project and are grateful for these 3 and the entire team!

The staff from the office staff, the estimator and the actual Install Crew were excellent. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and really just made me feel comfortable. That is very important at a time when most business is handled today via the internet. (I interacted with real people!) They explained their process and exactly the steps that were going to be taken. The Install crew was very careful, meticulous and did not skip any steps. They were very respectful of my property and took the time to answer any and all questions. With that being said, the result was excellent work! I had my Den and Foyer hardwood refinished and it looks amazing. Overall, just a great experience and outcome.

Company was a pleasure to work with on every aspect of the hardwood floor refinishing project.. Strongly recommend Jeremy as he did the work as if it was his own home. Great overall experience with Functional Flooring.
