Phone calls and texts were returned quickly. Estimate was provided at no cost. Installer was very nice and professional. Asked what we wanted and kept us informed of the project's staus.

Functional Floors refinished the hardwood floor in my spare bedroom and office. Was so impressed I had them come back out to do the Master bedroom which I was planning on carpeting. The crew was professional and courteous.

Not good. Guys were barely here to work also dont know if they really knew what they were doing. Floor Is rough as sand paper, bunch of nails showing, cracks not filled very disappointed. Hopefully they will fix their mistake. It will only let me upload ten pictures. I spoke with them they are supposed to fix it for "free" they said. I tried to get the boss chris to come out he said it wasnt needed

I can't speak enough on how professional this company is. From the estimator coming out to the workers completing the job this company is hands down my new go to and referral for others when it comes to all floor needs. Not only are they punctual, they also clean behind themselves once the work is complete. I was amazed to know that they also work together with other companies if you need furniture removal, or require a deep cleaning after services are rendered they will put you contact with a company for that as well. This is my second time utilizing Functional Floors I highly recommend this company for your next project.

It went exceptionally well. Better than I could have hoped for considering the damage that was sustained when I first purchased the home. The work was done in 2017 and 3 years later the work performed has withstood heavy traffic and even 3 winters with rock salts. I would highly recommend and will use them again for additional homes that I may purchase. I have included before and after pictures because it is the only way my words can give it justice. Outstanding Job!!

I have had them do 2 projects for me and both were done with great professionalism and respect for my home. From Chris, who came out for the estimate with great sample pics to the crews that did the projects. They were courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. They were slightly more expensive they the "big" companies. I actually had gone with one of those companies for a new hardwood floor but when the other company crew arrived to do the job they immediately ran into problems and couldn't do it. So I called Chris and Functional Floors and they came and did the job using engineered hardwood and it looks fantastic. I would use them again if something comes and and recommend them to all my friends and family.
