Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for 200 sq. Ft. of hardwood floor sanding and refinishing with stain.

Description of Work: After my Angie's list deal - I only paid an extra 165 for the installation of my hardwood floors. I supplied the flooring and functional floors installed. They did a phenomenal job! The floors look beautiful. We are very happy with the work and will have them back to install more hardwood at a later date. Excellent Craftsmanship - we have an angled fireplace that required a lot of cuts. It looks perfect.

Description of Work: Refinished living room stairs and hallway hardwood floor. Crew that worked my job were no good a clean up. Left splashes & spills of polyurethane on tile floor ( no drop cloths) and several on walls. Inspected floor after it was dry to walk on and along baseboard there were multiple wood shaving in the dried urethane. They did a very poor job o final clean up also. Can not recommend these guys.

Description of Work: Functional Floors did a great job screening my floors. They look amazing. The only issue I had was their timeliness which was due to another job running over and some workman call offs. The team was extremely professional throughout and I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: Sanded and added three coats of polyurethane coating and added two wood floor vents in place of the metal ones. Floor was 255 sq. ft. for kitchen and dining. Removed original factory stain and some water stains. Looks great, natural color, no stain.

Description of Work: The young man not only sanded the floor, he got rid of the black goop all over the floor left by the 40-year-old padding. The difference was amazing; the additional price was negligible. After the job was done, the floor looked brand new - the house is 75 years old. He concentrated on his business, absolutely no loafing around. He came, he worked, he finished, he did a great job. Not only that, when our dog snuck out the door and took off, the young man hopped into his van and just went and got him! Now, that's service! I plan on using this company again, to finish all the flooring. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
