Description of Work: They refinished and coated the wood flooring in the kitchen/dining area and my side entry steps. The first crew did great and was very efficient. For the time being, I got two coats done versus the recommended three coats. The 2nd coat was laid by someone different than the first crew. He missed a spot but returned immediately to fix that. He also missed the steps. The first crew came out the next morning before their normal hours to lay the 2nd coat on the steps, which I appreciated since I had to take extra time off work. All in all, the work was good and I do plan to use them again to have my living room floor done and to get that 3rd coat.

Description of Work: I ripped up old carpet to reveal what I thought were badly damaged old wood floors. I wasn't even sure if they could be re-finished. I used an Angie's list special for a certain number of square feet of sanding and staining, and opted to get more done at full price. I left for work, and got an e-mailed picture of the color of the stain I had selected on a small portion of my floor. I actually thought it was too light, and they were nice enough to send me a picture of a darker stain on my floor that suited me perfectly. The final product was outstanding and I was thrilled to see that my floors were beautiful! The were very clean and communicated very well with me, which was important to me because I had to be at work during the job.
