Description of Work: After finding 2 other companies that could do the work for about $9K & $11K respectively and finding the salesman lied about building codes and what could be done to fix the problem I canceled the project within the stated contract framework. The salesman rejected the cancelation and threatened to prevent anyone else from doing the work. I acquired a layer to enforce my right to cancel.

Description of Work: Sealed over a vertical crack which extended from sillplate to basement floor in poured basement wall. Installed a drain flange next to wall as well as drainage gravel under and replaced concrete flooring in that area.

Description of Work: I had FSM come out to my house and they diagnosed the problem and told me about the work that would need to be done. I told them they would need to contact my home warranty to see if the job would be covered. That was almost a week ago and they still have not called my warranty company.
