I am very satisfied with their work.

The company made sure things were done right and provided us with options. I did ask for pictures but never did get them but the work was done right.

As unique and challenging water circumstances presented by Lake St. Clair threatened my home and property, FSM was confident they could take them on. A huge thank you to the team, and a special thank you to Tod, Field Supervisor, for seeing my job through to the end and for ensuring the best scenario for my unique situation. Tod exemplified persistence, perseverance, patience, professionalism, and a ton of integrity and skill, every step of the way, and was always cautious of our family’s safety during the pandemic. We are truly grateful to FSM for giving us the piece of mind that our home will now stand safely for generations to come. Our expectations were definitely exceeded.

Very well, the crew did a great job.

They rescheduled us twice moving the project back for 3 months. The day they showed up tried to add more than what was on the bid. Once it didn't pass inspection by the township just kept getting the run around and in the end had to pay someone else to finish to pass inspection.

I was over the moon with the job, the workers were very professional in every way. I referred my neighbor.

I paid them in full but they never returned to complete the final leveling after many calls so I could put my floor down. Very disappointed .

FSM did a great job. The teams that worked on my home were on time, worked hard, were respectful and friendly, cleaned up at the end of each day, went above and beyond, and did a daily review at the end of each day. The project finished on time and the cost was true to the estimate given.

Had reschedule several times due to COVID. First crew that came out was given wrong information and could not do the job. Second crew was able to complete the job two weeks after.

The guys did a efficient and thorough job.

WOW WHAT A S**T SHOW ! Right from the initial BS the salesman threw at us to the out right untruths as far as material used, workers , work hours, cleanup, & claims about financing, even the promise of Customer satisfaction Reps returning Calls, (WEEK at Soonest if at ALL ) This has been an outright disappointment to say the least. Never in my years would I have been coned into dropping $13,000 (yes , Thirteen Thousand) had I seen the results before the Agreement. Don't get me wrong I give credit where its due, The young fellas that worked were polite, and professional, BUT that's the only thing in this entire job that was legit. I may have agreed to one third at best for final product ! If only ZERO stars were available, that's what they'd get. Having both my wife and myself selling real-estate for 30 years you can bet your A** we will warn every one of our first hand experience. Not sure how they compiled the heavy star ratings, but be very weary before getting duped out of THOUSANDS ! STOPED WAITING FOR A CUSTOMER SATISFACTION REP TO CALL BACK , ITS JUNE !!

Jerry, Dustin and Brandon Installed two 365 sump pump systems for me, they are very hard working and very professional! They answered all my concerns and questions and I couldn’t be happier.

Great Experience!! First of all, I had the service technician come out for a yearly service check on the sump pump system. Daniel Smykla did so much more. He inspected my basement. Also, he tested the waterproofing system and tightened the anchors. He was happy to give me advice on other issues that worried me. He only charged me the initial service charge on the sump pump! Daniel is warm, friendly, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable!! I will ask for Daniel for all future service!

Excellent. Alan was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He did a complete check of the area and found no issues. He went on to show where and how the leak may have originated from our roof. Overall he greatly exceeded expectations and thanks to him we are confident we can finally solve this problem. We will definitely use Foundation Systems of Michigan for any future needs and encourage others to do so as well.

Very well. They arrived on time, were very pleasant and resolved issues immediately. Their cleanup and finishing was excellent.

It was a difficult job. Foundation Systems of Michigan did a great job, were patient, and came back several times to get it correct.

Hardworking workers...never took breaks....did excellent work. they were polite, friendly, never stopped working.
