Description of Work: FSM installed a water guard system in my basement that included a sump pump. It was an all day event and a very labor intensive process. The professionalism and courtesy I received from this company and all the staff was exceptional! The quality of the work was great too. I had the work done last fall, however, being skeptical, wanted to wait till the spring thaw to give my service evaluation. I am pleased to report that my basement is bone dry. These folks are worth every penny they charge.

Description of Work: I didn't use they. They didn't understand they real problem and wanted to raise my foundation when it didn't need raising.

Description of Work: Water proofed our basement. Very professional - showed up on time. Worked the entire time they were there - never say anyone take a break. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Repaired a crack in the foundation wall in the garage. They made sure we knew what they were doing and why every step of the way. We appreciated their taking the time to do this. Extremely professional and should we (God forbid) have foundation problems in the future, I would not hesitate to call them.

Description of Work: Interior drains around perimeter of basement and encapsulate crawl space. Problem was a job sold as 3 days took over 6 weeks and communication was terrible - notified the evening before they were not coming - I was forced to cancel numerous appointments and then they were no shows. My feeling is they over book customers and start a job and then delay completion to start another job

Description of Work: Two crawl spaces under additions to my home were encapsulated. This reduced radon level in my adjoining basement by about 75%.

Description of Work: The job went well. They waterproofed my basement. My basement was wet all the time, and now it is dry. My basement no longer smells. I am very pleased with the job, the crew was both punctual, and professional.

Description of Work: We saw them advertised on TV. They referred us to another group who dug out the crawl space. After the dirty job of the crawl space was done. FSM came in and in 1 day completed the job. It cost too much. We are not getting the benefits promised. The floor is still cold. We still are getting still getting cold drafts through the floor. Although better than before. Lastly the salesman recommended us to a contractor - (His Father) to re-model our home - It did not go well -poor quality - lack of professional workmen ship - Essentially took off with our money - we ended up firing him. Now someone else is cleaning up his mess.

Description of Work: We were having an issue with water getting into our basement, and we had Foundation Systems come in and install a drain bed along the front of the house to deal with the water. The work was done quickly exactly when they said it would be done and when they finished, we could hardly tell they had been there - they left the worksite clean and our plants intact! I was very impressed with their speed and professionalism. I absolutely would use these guys again!

Description of Work: The first meeting with the salesperson had to be rescheduled because it was later than they were supposed to schedule the appointment. The first crew was not punctual and had to be rescheduled for another day. The cuts they made on the material were not square or straight. The material did not adhere properly to the adhesive. The material used was not paintable as promised by the salesperson. The supervisor was helpful and courteous and sent his top guys out to replace the material with paintable material and to ensure the cuts were straight and square. The wall looks a lot better now. I guess it depends on what crew you get, so I would not highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We felt that they recommended we do too much to solve our problem. They could solve the problem in a less extensive way. Also, felt they were holding us hostage by saying that they would not warranty the work if we did not purchase the three sump pump package. And what business is it of his what my husband does for a living? Just too expensive.

Description of Work: A gentleman came out to assess the scope of our needs. He was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding his recommendations. The estimate was prompt and reasonable. We decided to tackle some other projects first, but will definitely keep them in mind when we're ready.

Description of Work: We had our crawl space encapsulated as well as hydraulic braces put in to brace a wood support beam. I found our sales person very consultative and straight forward.

Description of Work: There rodent barrier does not work as represented. The job was not represented correctly by the estimator. The job is still not completed. I have not received a follow up call regarding issue

Description of Work: Completely sealed our crawl space, it is now dry and clean as ever. I will now use it for extra storage.

Description of Work: sealed crawlspace with plastic. neglected to tell us that it was not waterproofed. all work that was done is ruined after crawlspace flooded. want 4000 more to do what should have been done in the first place. salesman even admitted he neglected to tell us that it was not waterproofed,.never came out to look at damage, just sent us a new payment plan for more work. have had more opinions from other companies and work should never have cost half that much. said we had black mold that was cleaned.was told by a professional with a biology degree that our house would have been condemned if it had black mold.
