Description of Work: Clean and water proof crawl space and install sump pump. It went perfect.

Description of Work: The FSM representative was a hard sell guy, and even worse, set us up with work that was NOT necessary. We had asked for 3 sets of basement leaks to be fixed, and had convinced me and my wife that the slight settling of the foundation was the cause of one of the leaks. That was not the case and that was confirmed by the technicians who came to our house and the technical manager. The did a GREAT job of implementing their leak repairs (costing about $3600). But I'm not happy that the FSM rep selling us on stabilizing the foundation pulled the hard sell on us to waterproof the whole basement and stabilizing the foundation ($32000). The technicians that came out to stabilize the foundation ran into an issue that prevented them from doing that work, it was sandy soil so they couldn't do the work. The tech told me then that we really didn't have that much of a stabilization issue anyway, but said "I'm telling you this but I'll disavow it if asked" like he'd be in trouble with his management if it got out that we were sold something we didn't need. The foundation only had a settling of a fraction of an inch, nothing major, and it's not even part of the problem I had with leaks. So I'm very disappointed in FSM. I've had to go to the FSM rep's manager to complain to him just to get the right services requested and to have him stop offering stuff we didn't need.

Description of Work: My foundation was weakening on 2 walls in the basement. They installed 10 I beams to straighten and strengthen the walls. A couple of the I beams are not |easily accessible and I the crew performing the installation could have acted a little more professional for how much this cost.

Description of Work: Replaced our sump pump. The guy they sent out was terrific and gave me quite an education about how sump pumps work in a basement, as well as throughout the rest of the basement, both inside and outside. He was very timely, recommended several options at the time and several more for the future. I would definately call them again for basement problems and/or improvements. The price was reasonable--I felt like I got more for the price because he explained so much.

Description of Work: Date of service 7/2014. Cost $9000. New indoor drainage. 2 new sump pump.

Description of Work: Showed up at the site of a commercial building which required foundation repairs and assured all parties that they could handle the job & were positively going to submit a quote for the work. Did not return numerous calls asking for their proposal. Obviously they did not want to do the work but we're not professional enough to call back to report their disinterest.

Description of Work: Cleaned and lined entire crawl space including the exterior foundation walls sealed it and covered entire ground.

Description of Work: Annual inspection of new sump pump and encapsulation they installed last year. Robert was very thorough, noticed a small leak on a cast iron pipe. He was able the stop the leak, although not part of their service. Making us aware of it so we can keep an eye out to get a more permanent fix in the future. Thank you Robert.

Description of Work: They came out to raise my driveway and ended up raising my garage floor and separating the brick from the garage foundation. If I was not there to tell them that there was a problem they would have continued to raise the driveway. They the quit and left saying that their supervisor would call me. After a week I had to call them. It took about a month or so get them to come out and repair the damage, in the meantime my driveway cracked because they did not fill the voids on the initial visit and the weight of the car cracked the driveway (not as a result of the raising process). When they were done I had a couple of blocks replaced and numerous tuckpointing repairs done on the garage foundation. My garage floor is raised at the door and they won't do anything about it (water puddles up inside the garage) and they never finished raising the driveway. I had to complain to get a new revised work order and have yet to receive any type of warranty or guarantee on the work that they did provide. The initial quote was $2600 and even though they did not do the work that they promised I still had to pay them $2000 (negotiated before they would finish the repairs). Now I see cracks starting in my garage floor. It took from July 29 until Sept 9 to get the repair crews out to repair my house. I would not recommend this company.
