Description of Work: Work was completed...our driveway couldn't be raised as much as planned because there was a rod in it. That would have damaged the stone on the side of the house...Clean up was good.. The only thing I didn't care for was the plan was on their laptop and we didn't get a copy of it..The warranty is five years and only covers the lifting not the cracks that were filled...That I didn't know till the warranty came in the mail..I had to call for a receipt to be mailed via post office.

Description of Work: The firm's direct staff was quite good; the subcontracted carpenters not so much. They arrived late and struggled to complete their work in the allotted time. They did call in advance, however. I wish I'd tarped the 30% of my basements items I didn't remove entirely as the sub's efforts in this were very poor. The dust from 3 jack hammers was far more then expected/explained and by far the worse part of this work.

Description of Work: Encapsulated crawlspace, insulated crawlspace, cleaned ALL junk from under house, raked grade flat, and sealed up. FSM ABSOLUTELY did all they had promised and then some. Salesman - Bill Stone I *think* sold us everything we needed/wanted and nothing that we didn't need. Trust me when I say this man is who you want to bid your job! The installation guys were clean, professional, and worked their tails off to get this done in their allotted time. GREAT company to do business with --- not the cheapest, but definitely the BEST! Thank you FSM!
