Description of Work: They didn't show up for the scheduled appointment. Someone called and left a message, saying they would be there first thing Monday morning. I sent the worker home after he showed up at 1:30 pm. I'll never call them again.

Description of Work: I was able to set up an appointment in a short time of notice. The scope of work is to replace the timer (which I have in spare) and locate the lost valve box in my lawn. Steve and Chris showed up promptly and with "my help" we were able to finish the job. The service call charge is $50 and and their hourly rate is $50. The job was finished way under an hour but they invoiced me for $150 but negotiated for $130 and I paid. Their service is good but I would have been happy if they contain the invoice for $100 (as there is not much complicated work involved such as heavy digging etc.). I might use them in the future provided the charges are low.

Description of Work: Didn't show up, wouldn't answer phone calls or return voice mail! Then we received a bill just this week for the work never preformed! Wow!!
