Description of Work: Took apart dryer to fix squeak. Noticed a crack in the drum and cleaned out all lint inside dryer. Showed me the inside and also showed how the original installer did not hook it up correctly. Pointed out singed areas where it almost caught fire. Suggested buying a new dryer.

Description of Work: Replaced drip pan in refridgerator. Thought at first was filter casing but after turning off water for dispenser leaking continued. Pursued drip pan crack. father removal of drip pan discovered a small crack. It has been two weeks since service and no more leaking.

Description of Work: Drier was shaking. He pulled it apart and found the problem: the blower was chewed up by a rodent. He didn't have the part so came back the next week. Also replaced my external drier vent. He was friendly. My only complaint was that the price list was not itemized.
