About us

We have been owned and operated business, by the same family, since 1963. We have 6 service technicians (no subcontractors), 3 in shop technician, 4 call takers, and 1 delivery/install team (no subcontractors). We service most makes and models, as well as providing warranty service for Whirlpool, Maytag, Amana, Kitchen Aid, LG, Viking, Magic Chef, Estate, Roper, and Jenn Air. Our services are job rated so whether the technician is slow or fast you will not be charged more when a job takes longer for some. We offer coupons, for service, parts, and water filters, on our website.

Description of Work: The touch screen on the oven was sticking. He said he didn't have one. I had a work around and decided to let it go. About 3 weeks later, it was working. Before it was working, I received a call from the shop. They had lots of appliances that I could buy.

Description of Work: Installed new refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and fan. Cost includes the appliances as well as installation. Previously, I ordered a dishwasher from another retailer and when they arrived to install it I was told I would have to order a smaller one. Bill and Rod's advised dishwashers are a standard size and I was able to pay $25 to have an installer come to the house and measure before ordering the appliances. The $25 was then applied to my order.

I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I went in to Bill & Rod's Appliance Inc. about 3 times getting some help from them but doing most of it myself, but I can't do refrigeration so I got a quote for that. They quoted me about $150 to put new freon in my sister-in-law's fridge. I did some repairs on it but it still didn't work.

Description of Work: Their service department evaluated our dishwasher and the cost of repair was going to exceed its value. We went to the store a purchased a new one and we have been very satisfied with it. Staff in both areas were professional and helpful. We do not recall the cost.

Description of Work: Oven wouldn't light. New igniter installed. Then we learned the burner is bad and not available. The oven is 16 years old. The igniter was removed and we paid for the service call. If we purchase an oven from them, we will get a $35 discount (half of the service call).
