Description of Work: I purchased a certificate for dryer vent cleaning from Angieslist. The company made an appt and came out appropriately. Unfortunately, I have a dryer vent that exits through my roof. They cleaned the part of the dryer vent between the dryer and the roof but did not go up the the outside vent and clean it out. My dryer continued to take about 2 hours to dry clothes because the outside vent portion was still clogged. I had to hire someone else to go up on the roof and clean out the end of the dryer vent. After that my dryer dried clothes in a reasonable amount of time. So the bottom line is that I had to hire someone else to do the complete job.

Description of Work: "Special" price did not include cleaning vent. The person who came agreed to do it. I think something was broken as there is now a loose piece and the dryer rattles.

Zach arrived on time, checked the air flow, said it definitely needed cleaning. Sucked the lint out from the outside of the house, finished in about 1 hour.

HE CALLED BEFORE COMING. He came. He cleaned the dryer vent. He gave us a receipt and left. That's it! : )
Description of Work: Our dryer vent was cleaning this morning. We appreciated the wizard calling us about 10 minutes before he arrived. We hope to see our dryer drying our clothes more quickly when we next use it tomorrow. I'm glad we did this; I feel safer from fired hazard of lint in the vent.

My appointment was between 10:00 and 12:00 am. Zach arrived at 10:00 and got right to work. He evaluated the airflow of my dryer vent and proceeded to clean it with a brush and leaf blower. After he finished, he retested my airflow and it had doubled. I am very happy with the results.

I saw the "special" posted by Angie's List; left an email message at the address listed; within 15 minutes I had a telephone response with an appointment for later that week. I was given the name of the server and 1/2 window of when he would arrive. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and competent. He assessed what was needed; answered my questions; and worked diligently to clear our vents, ending with a significant difference in functioning for our dryer.
Description of Work: We had our dryer vents cleaned out (the first time in the history of this 12 year hold house, we believe) in our new home.

Description of Work: Zach the master Tech showed up on time and was very professional. We have a very long dryer vent as our laundry room is in the lower level and he did a great job. Can't believe how much stuff he took out of our dryer vent tube, I dont' think the previous owner ever cleaned it. Our dyer now works in half the time. Would recomend to anywone.

I can't believe how efficient and amazing this company is. I ordered the Angie's List deal around 11pm. I had a phone call asking when I wanted to schedule by 9 the next morning. The technician came out the third day! He was polite, efficient, and seemed to do a great job. I'm thrilled with the work and the responsiveness of this company. Even the two people who answered the phones were cheerful and incredibly polite. I wish we could give A+'s!

The service was fine overall. They had to enlarge the hole (which they did a good job with) amongst other things to repair the problem, but when they re-hooked it up, they just set it instead of clamping, so it ended up falling out. I had to call them in order to fix this, and they told me they normally don’t re-clamp. However, they did a good job overall, were timely, and responded promptly.

The gas dryer had been taking longer and longer to dryer clothes. Hired this company to check it out. He explained what he would do. I requested that he replace the existing vent pipe which he did. When replacing the vent pipe did not improve air flow he recommended having an appliance repair person check it out. I am pleased with his professionalism and honesty.
Description of Work: Removed existing corrugated aluminum dryer vent and outside cap; installed new smooth vent pipe and outside cap. Checked air flow from dryer which was low and recommended having an appliance repairer check the motor because that is something he is not able to do.
