Description of Work: My refrigerator was not cooling well but the freezer was fine. I went to AL and chose Mr. Appliance because of the high rating. I was able to get an appt the next day. Customer service was professional. The technician reviewed all the parts that could be the cause as well as cleaned the back. He said if symptoms return to buy a new fridge (25 yrs old and parts no longer available). He even told me the best store to buy a new one. I waited a week before this review for the outcome of the cleaning. In/out in about 445 minutes.The fridge is working perfectly. the 15 % senior discount was helpful as well. Thanks to all.
