The repair guy was very nice and took time to show me what was needed to open the top in case this happens again. There is NOT a 15% senior discount as advertised but he told me they just do an automatic discount for everyone. I did feel $154 was steep for not having to diagnose or do a repair but now I know what to do if there’s a next time.

Rick was great to work with. The microwave that I needed to have replaced was hardwired into a metal junction box. Rick installed an outlet in the junction box and installed the microwave, saving me a call to an electrician.

First of all I've used this company before about 5 years ago they were great then too. Scheduling the repair was easy, they always have friendly staff answering the phones. Something new they do is text a photo of the technician coming to see you. That's great for many safety reasons, I liked that. Now I wasn't home when they came, but my husband was, he said they diagnosed it quickly. They found out how much it would be and how long it would take to get the part. They came back 3 days later as expected and put the unit in. Now that was not an easy job which is why I gave them a "B" on Price. I was going to give a "C" because it wasn't cheap but the job entailed a lot of work for the returning technician. And I certainly couldn't of bought a new fridge for that price. Great job. I've used Mr. appliance twice. Earlier this year they repaired my gas stove. The igniter was bad. He knew exactly what the problem was, had the part and quickly fixed it. I was extremely happy with the service and the cost for repair. My second call on the electric dryer went great. He walked to the dryer (Jamie) pushed the button to unlock the control. He did not charge me a service call. They are great and I will continue to use them in the future. I highly recommend them

It took a couple days to get a technician to the house, but the technician, Trevor, was very professional and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He even helped me get the problem fixed through a warranty with Samsung, so that the fix only cost me the price of the diagnostic fee. Once the part was received, technician Aaron had my washer up and running in under 45 minutes. He even repaired what the Samsung recall "technician" did not do properly. I have read other reviews about Mr. Appliance regarding high prices; however, you get what you pay for. With Mr. Appliance you can be sure you are getting quality work, and rest easy knowing that the job was done right. Mr. Appliance is the only company I will use for appliance repairs.

Called Mr. Appliance on a Saturday morning. They said they would have someone there within an hour. The technician arrived as scheduled, replaced the broken ice maker with a new one and was gone within 45 minutes.

We purchased a new wall oven. We needed them to remove the old appliance and install the new one. The guys were great, right on time, very punctual and polite. The Service Manager even tried to talk me out of them doing it, letting me know I could probably handle it with the help of someone for lifting. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. We will definitely use them again.

Mr. Appliance was contacted as a third party provider to address a warranty issue for a washer. I called Mr. Appliance and asked since the repair man would be present, would he be able to take a look at a microwave that was not working properly. I was told it would not be a problem, and there was no mention to additional charges. The repair man came and fixed the washer under warranty, and then after looking at the microwave, stated there was a diagnostic fee and that he would not leave until paid. While I have no issues paying the diagnostic fee, I do have a problem with the lack of transparency on charges before the service. When I discussed with a manager at the company, he stated it was standard to charge the fee but gave no explanation as to why I was not informed ahead of time. I only used this company because of the warranty. Previously, I had a similar experience in which the management I spoke with was not helpful, arrogant, and rude during a partial repair of an oven. I subsequently used another repair company to finish the job. Unfortunately in this situation, I had no choice but to use them due to the warranty out sourcing. I am only writing this complaint now since it is the second time they have provided poor service.

Perfect. Victor was smart, professional, fast and had experience with the machine. Moreover he did not up sell and told us how to prevent similar repairs in the future. Best appliance repair service we've ever received.

Arrived on time. Was friendly. Fixed the fridge in a timely manner.

Our overall experience was very good. They service large appliances. That was important for us because that was the problem we had with the dishwashers. I couldn't just find anybody that actually service that brand. They were quick to get out here. They did the work. They didn't take long to do the work. Th service man was very helpful. I think the price was reasonable.

Technician was there during the assigned time. Came out the first week, did the check, found that the cooling fan was bad. The part was ordered and as soon as it arrived a new appt was scheduled. Technician was once again prompt and very quick. Fan was repaired in less than 30 minutes and everything put back exactly where it had been. Great service and great technician.

They came when they said they'd come. Ordered parts and returned 2 days earlier than their estimate to do the work. Very clean, careful, personable and professional. All done in less than a week.

Rick put it back in balance, tested it in high speed. He then cleaned the fabric dispenser of caked softener. Work was done efficiently.

When I called for service they were very polite and very truthful about costs. Also they do not go ahead with the work without giving you an estimate. If you have the work done at that time the service call is included In the cost of service. I was impressed by their professionallism.

when i called to schedule they gave me a 4 hour window for arrival. after i explained I couldn't take that much time off work they made me the 1st appt. of the day and was there right on time at about 8:30. He was very friendly and helpful. replaced the part quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Technician arrived at the proper time and was very courteous and fixed the problem in less than forty five minutes. He mentioned I was lucky because this was the least expense part that could go bad. The problem I have is he wouldn't provide a invoice at the time of service. He said he would email it later. All we received was a total bill. After getting the itemized bill the labor was $150.00 for less than forty five minutes work. Nice professional service but pricey in my book.

Very professional. Reasonably priced. Showed up when they said they would; called first. Came prepared with the parts that they had ordered from the first visit. Everything went as planned. I am very pleased with them.

The serviceman looked the problem was a soup build up that was not allowing the water to enter the dishwasher. He cleaned out the soup and made sure the dishwasher worked. He also gave suggestions to help stop the soap problem. Use white vinegar during an empty cycle. Also gave me coupons on the best dishwasher soap to use. He came back in less than a week to replace a broken door handle.

They have been wonderful. He was able to help me out quickly, and I was very happy with the work he did. The thing I liked about him is that he explained to me how it worked and why it did not work. They are very good about that. I had them before, and I would definitely have them again. They are great. Their pricing is fair and right with everyone else. They were out the next two or three days.

The part that was initially replaced was defective and so I needed to have the technician return to replace it. The technician had to make a repeat visit when that did not fix the problem and diagnosed the problem as also requiring replacement of the thermostat module. While it was disappointing that the thermostat issue was not resolved after the first inspection, it was covered under Mr. Appliances warranty (following the initial charge for the inspection and repair of the defroster). Therefore, it was more of an inconvenience than anything else to have to put my freezer food in coolers on multiple occasions. Otherwise, everything was great. The service (and handling of the warranty work) was flawless and the company is very responsive. The technician was very polite and professional. Overall, I would recommend this company.

Contacted Mr Appliance by phone and set up appointment. They explained how their services worked. There was a $75.00 diagnostic fee that would be applied to repairs if we decided to have the work done after they gave us an estimate. They were very professional on the phone. They are available on saturday at no extra charge. The office called before the technician arrived. The technician was very professional on both visits. The first visit to diagnose the problem and give us an estimate. The second visit to install the new part. Everything went very smoothly and I would definitely use them again.
