Description of Work: They replaced the water pump on my washer. The tech found the problem, we discussed cost versus buying a new washer, this one is 9 years old, but this is the first problem so we decided to have it repaired. He got right to work, replaced the part, checked to make sure everything was working. I'm very pleased with the service and have already recommended them.

Description of Work: Came out to fix Sears wall oven. Turns out the electronic control panel was broken and unfixable. They tried to locate another - thought there was one in California that was shipped in - turns out it was not the right part - so they declared my oven unfixable. They refunded a portion of their fee. So, I had to buy a new oven... $1,700 - but certainly not their fault

+ -1 moreRepairman came right after Christmas. Refrigerator quit on Christmas Day. He checked refrigerator and told us it could not be fixed because parts were no longer available. Service fee could be applied to purchase at ABC Warehouse. Serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable.

They called me when they opened, and were able to send out a service person right away. The service person quickly figured out what was wrong with the existing gas line, and replaced it. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the old gas line, and what he would be doing. The price was good and the service was overall excellent.

+ -1 moreMr. Appliance of Linden is very professional. He talked about no only what needed to be done but the how and why of the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. He talked to me about dish soap brands, how they work, etc. When he left the dishwasher was fixed and I was more knowledgeable about my dishwasher so it can clean more effectively. Wow! Mr. Appliance is great!
Description of Work: Maytag dishwasher had been spewing water all over the floor. It is an older model so I thought perhaps it had washed it's last dish. Mr. Appliance saw the problem immediately and began repairs. He made the repairs and checked out the fan that had been noisey in the past. The dishwasher has worked flawlessly since he fixed it! I am happy!

I think he gave us a little bit of a price break because my husband assisted a little bit in moving the appliances around. He is quite the handyman himself. They were a little late but called to let us know & communicated very well. I was very happy with them & would definitely call them again.
