Very thorough and detailed inspection. Phil Ioco was very knowledgeable in all areas and taught me quite a bit about the new home that I was about to purchase. Great and wonderful person to work with and his service was a very fair price.

Philip Loco did a thorough job of inspecting my potential new home. He took detailed notes of all of the things that needed to be done or even just reminders of things to check in the future. The home was built in 1900. Phil went above and beyond, leaving no stone unturned, making sure it would be a solid, functional, and safe home for our family. He took time to point out any flaws, major repairs, and even minor imperfections. Phil even explained how to fix some minor flaws and recommended the right products for various jobs to easily fix ourselves, based on his years of expertise and his own home ownership experience. We trust Phil and will recommend him to everyone we know! He will give you a professional, comprehensive home inspection.

Phil was extremely thorough and professional. He didn't mind that I was following him around the house while he was working, although eventually I backed off and let him do his job. Extremely friendly and explained everything to me in detail. He also offered suggestions on how to fix something and whether or not I could do the repair myself, or if I needed to hire a specific contractor to do the work. He was fabulous and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Overall the home inspection was fantastic! Phil was very thorough and informed us of everything he found. Phil arrived on time, reviewed all available information on our future home before arriving and provided my wife and I with a detailed inspection on our future home. The inspection took 3 or so hours and after the inspection we were provided with an extremely detailed report. This report was emailed to us and was complete with pictures and documentation which is invaluable when purchasing a home.
