The inspection was very thorough. I appreciated the time Phil took to explain everything to me as a first time homebuyer. I also appreciate him taking the time to answer our many questions.

Philip did great. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the home. There isn't a single corner of the house and yard he did not check. He also gave me a very detailed report of his findings. He gave me options on fixing things and even references on where to find the right people for the job.

Phil was great. Arrived right on time, very thorough, answered all questions, demonstrated how to do things like remove the furnace filter and loosen screws on a screen door. Very friendly. Would absolutely use his services again.

Phil was very thorough! I appreciate that he was ok with me following him through the house and ask all of my questions. He took the time to explain things to me and answered my questions. He was patient while I took notes. He himself took a lot of pictures to make sure everything was covered and included those pictures in the report so there was proof of what we found. His report was very easy to follow and understand. I went through the report and compared it to my notes and he hit all the points I wrote down, and then some! Phil was referred to me by a good friend who had used his services for several home inspections in the past. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and well versed in historic homes (this one was from 1870) and what to look out for and be cautious of when maintaining them. Personable and very professional.
