Inspection went very well, provider was on time and was accurate on estimated time span. Inspector even discounted cost of inspection saying that it didn't take as long as he thought.

From the moment he got out of the car Phil was very professional. He explained everything he was looking at and provided a possible solution to any problems that he found. He answered every question I had. He provided helpful materials for me to understand more about the home inspection. Phil was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

Phil is amazing. He is punctual, gets back in touch with you immediately and is very professional and personable. In terms of the inspection he did an amazing job for us which helped us walk away from a home which would have been a money pit for us. He did such an awesome job on that home we had him out for our second home we found. He looked over everything and even talked us through the smallest of details of things he found and how we could go about fixing them. He's incredibly knowledgable and will talk you through any questions or concerns you have. We felt so comfortable in using him and would highly recommend him to family and friends which we have already done.

Excellent. I followed Mr. Ioco throughout the inspection as he went through our almost 100 year house. We wanted to make sure that we had identified and fixed any problems prior to listing our house for sale. During the inspection problems were identified and solutions given by Mr. Ioco. Just speaking with him I gathered he is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to building construction and codes. He spoke eloquently and was very respectful. After the inspection he stated a detailed report would be emailed to us within a week...which we received the following day. Repairs were made and we sold our house with no problems whatsoever.
