Description of Work: Cleared clogged drain. Service was prompt, professional, and polite. Description of Work: They were the only plumber of eight that I called that could actually come and do the service that day. They were able to re-arrange their schedule to accommodate me. They were fast, efficient, did great work, completed the project as requested - without destroying walls to replace the shower valves from behind. They were able to replace the tub drain through the opening I the soffit without making a bigger hole. They were clean and did a great job. We will be definitely be hiring them again when we install the bathroom in our basement.

Description of Work: He installed hot and cold water lines from our electric water heater 15 feet to th bathroom. He recommended "pex" instead of copper pipes as a cheaper alternative. All seems okay. First visit wasted my day off - he was only able to size up the situation and came back on my next day off to do the work.

In addition to performing execellent high quality service, Joe was very informative about the plumbing situation in my house. Joe also gave me great advice on a several issues e.g., don't over crank shut off valves and always use the top one first.
Description of Work: I had an issue with a couple leaks in my house and a tiolet that was wobbly. Joe fixed the issues.

Description of Work: Joe cleaned out a clogged sewer pipe in my house. I have used him for twelve years; he is outstanding and an honest and genuinely helpful person. Most of his work has been with my sewer drain; however, he has, over the years, done plumbing work that was extensive. His prices are very reasonable, and he will always tell you what he believes you can do, as a homeowner, to avoid the situation in the future, and offer you options to consider as he works.

As he put it, I paraphrase, "I can't charge you for talking." Will definitely use the company when we need a plumber next.
