Perfect and quick and professional. Was hired by my HOA to fix outdoor faucet, which he did with ease. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a trust-worthy plumber.

Fast and efficient. He explained the issue and process before beginning, which I appreciated. We have used Trust Plumbing before and we will continue to use them for our plumbing needs because he continues to provide excellent service.

Work was done well and very quickly after I commissioned Joe. Talking with him was not super pleasant because he often assumed things and started on long explanations based on those assumptions, and he threw away my old handles without asking me. But, this was a rental unit and we weren't there to supervise directly. Otherwise, the work is high quality and we are not concerned with it breaking again in any near future.

Called, left a msg. I waited 1 week for a return call. Noone returned my call.

Called on Saturday morning and left message, never received a reply.

Called Joe, He called back promptly. I told him the problem water heater not working. He came out right away. Got that working. Had him look at drippy faucet. He explained that as old as it was there is the chance it will break and have to replace it. He could have just forced it out and made more money off parts, But he took the time to work it apart and repair it. On the other faucet was too far gone. They replaced it and put in new shut offs. He treated us like family. Explained everything each step of the way. They double checked everything before they left. Cleaned up you couldn't tell they were here. We have found a plumber we can trust and will call for every plumbing needs.

Left Joe a voicemail at 10:20pm, he was at my home by 11:30pm and replaced the burst pipe.

I called at 7:00 am and they were there by 7:45 am. All was done by 8:45 am. Kevin spent time explaining things and recommending maintenance actions.

Called the number listed on Angie's list, Joe answered and said he could be to my house within the hour and showed up 45 minutes later. He quickly found out that the leak coming from my kitchen faucet was due to a worn down and faulty fixture, to which he had a replacement in his car, ready to go. He quoted me a very reasonable price and had a new kitchen faucet installed within an hour. Joe took the time to explain issues associated with the kitchen drain as well as preventative measures I could take in the future. An added bonus, he fixed a slow draining bathroom sink I was struggling to repair and gave me ample information about issues associated with that. Fantastic work, good price, fast and friendly service. I will absolutely give Joe a call for future plumbing issues.

They were great....good service, fair price

Fixed in less than 45 minutes. No problem! (Mice had eaten half of wax ring!) We have finally found plumbing service that is honest, reliable and (for the first time), reasonably priced!!! From now on, we will only be going to Bob and Kevin at Trust Plumbing for our service. Thanks!!!

Excellent. Honest. Up front. Gave clear reasons. And ... he saved me tons of money and got the job done. Ex. The company that installed it 8 years ago wanted to replace the 'brains' (abt $700 w/one year warrantee) or get a whole new vent water heater and revent (abt $2,000). Trust did a repair for abt $250 and I had hot water again. Couldn't more highly recommend.

Kevin was very respectful and kind, he showed up early and listened to me explain all the details of the project. The gas line ran from my basement to the kitchen and the work was executed very professionally. I thought the pricing was very competitive as well. I still needed to wait for an electrician to install a different outlet for the new stove so he could not actually finish the install but he showed me how to do it (he had everything ready to go so all I had to do was screw the hose in and flip a gas switch) and said if i had any problems to call him on his cell and he would come right back over and help. Kevin was also able to recommend other contractors he trusted to do some other projects I mentioned around my house. I Highly recommend this company, I will definitely be calling them again if i need more work done.

Best experience ever! I called the night before and he was in my house around 7:30am the next morning. Very pleasant, knowledgable, explained everything to me and even gave me tips. This is my go-to plumber from now on! Don't even want to try any other one.

My wife and I purchased our first almost almost a year ago and along with it came several plumbing issues. Joe and his crew have been out to our home on several occasions and each time they have done fantastic work and at a VERY fair price. He has always been fair, honest and clean. Joe and his crew have been at our house several times while we are stuck at work and never once are we worried about it. I will continue to use him for any future plumbing issues I have. If you're looking for professional, honest and fair, then call Joe the next time you have a plumbing issue.

He was on time he cleaned up the after himself he answered all of my questions he did excellent service and when there was an unanticipated problem he fixed it fantastic great to work with.

The quality of his service was excellent by any standards! I have seen a lot plumbers and this guy is the best plumber I have ever seen or used.

It was done to perfection. I have used Joe at Trust Plumbing for years and have referred him to all my friends and relatives. I wouldn't use anyone else. He is not only capable, but treats his clients like family. HIGHLY recommend him.

Joe had told me that he would arrive at 8:15AM, but he arrived at 7:45AM (while I was in the shower) and apparently started charging his $120.00 per hour labor charge immediately. As far as I can tell, he did a good job on the water line for the refrigerator ice maker. The bathroom sink drain that he replaced at a cost of something like $120.00 must have been dripping when he was done, because when I checked it a few hours later it was leaking. (I ended up fixing it my self.) After he over charged me (and I paid him), it continued to bother me more and more. I finally called him and told him that I was going to write a review on Angie's List because he not only over charged me for the time, I had to repair his work after he left. In his defense he eventually offered to return my money. Since he had fixed the water line for the fridge, I told him that I would be ok if he just returned $100.- which he did. After waiting almost a year to make sure that I had enough time to get over my anger, I am writing this review because I would not want any of my friends or neighbors to unwittingly hire Joe &/or Trust Plumbing to work for them.

This was a great experience! My wife called in morning and by mid-afternoon our issue was solved. He took the time to explain what happened and what we can do ourselves in future if we so choose. We had two other companies look at our issue prior to this (one of whom had done work for us in past) and they said it would require replacement part for $600+ on top of labor. They were not passing smell test so we turned to Angie's List and found Trust Plumbing.

Everything has always turned out very well. They make a concerted effort to be sure that everything is right.

Joe and his partner (I believe his Son) arrived exactly when they said they would. They immediately began work with no lag time. They put drop clothes on everything right away to protect the hardwood floors I just installed and cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient and both worked on tasks concurrently to be as efficient as possible. Joe was responsive to my messages and always very professional and friendly. Even though some of the work was a little more time consuming than anticipated he did not inflate the rates and tack on a bunch of additional charges. He is by far the best value of any of the skilled trades that I have worked with in my various remodels and house projects. I do most of the work myself and call a professional when something exceeds my skills or resources. Joe will be my "go to" for anything plumbing related. The work was finished today and I already booked him to come back to run some additional water and waste lines for the laundry that I moved to the main floor. Great Job!
