I called Trust Plumbing on a Saturday and Mr. Allen returned my call about 15 minutes later. We scheduled a first-thing Monday appointment and he arrived precisely on time. He was personable, considerate, and helpful. He provided additional information about the floor stability where the water had been leaking and showed me the floorboards so I would be aware of how the water had been affecting the wood (thankfully it wasn't too bad). Mr. Allen also noticed my toilet wasn't flushing quite right and tweaked the chain setting in the tank. It was a very minor thing that only took a minute for him to improve, but his attention to detail was appreciated. Trust Plumbing will be my first call for service plumbing work going forward.

Excellently! Joe was quick to respond (on a Saturday, no less - and no extra fee for it being a weekend!), had the needed parts with him and made the repairs in short order. He was friendly and told me some things I could be doing to make everything last longer. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, and I would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.

I called Trust the morning of 5/1/2014 and owner Joe Allen came out and completed the job early that afternoon. Joe was very polite, responsive, did a great job, and cleaned up the area perfectly after he was done. As always, when I encounter a problem involving plumbing, I need someone who will respond in a reasonable amount of time, charge a reasonable price, and do an excellent job. On two of my properties in April I needed a water heater installed quickly so that my contractor could finish his work. Joe was "Johnny on the spot" getting the job done right away. Recently I also had a cracked pipe that needed replacing and a main drain that needed to be opened up. When it comes to plumbing, no matter what it involves, I can always count on Joe!

He was very knowledgeable, he arrived on time, did a good job, cleaned up his mess and it was good.

He never called back! 9/9/14 The owner came to my home in DeWitt. Said he'd never been here, which is correct. I explained to him that he had gone to a 2nd property I own in Eaton Rapids. He remembered then that he did go to that property, but was tired after a long day of work and forgot to make himself a note to go back there to make an estimate. He was very apologetic and I understood. He was very cordial. I told him I'd correct the review, but I wasn't able to. At the time, we were having storms, power outages, downed lines, etc. which continued off and on for months (and continue to be a problem again this year, as does much of the US.) It wasn't until I filed a review for a Contractor I recently used that I saw the review for Trust Plumbing and wanted to correct it. I couldn't make a change in the 'OVERALL' rating, but he didn't do any work at the Eaton Rapids location, so it wouldn't be applicable - N/A - anyway.

We had water coming out of our pipes in the basement and I called Joe on a Sunday in a panic. He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly outlined two options with prices for each: Either refrain from excess water use for the day and he could come out first thing the next day or he could come out immediately with an increased price due to Sunday service. I appreciated the option for him to come immediately - but chose the first option and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Joe showed up prompt and on time. He explained to me once more about what he thought happened (backup from normal use in the sewer line) and explained the process of how he would fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem quickly - he answered some other questions I had about the plumbing in my house and how to best keep them running optimally. Overall, Joe was very respectful, pleasant to deal with and someone I would recommend to family or friends who had a similar problem. He was quick to provide information (including up front costs) and providing a list of options for service. Thank you!

Replaced corroded pipes and drains.

Joe answered the phone when called. He was very professional on the phone and told me what he had laid out in front of him and when he could be by. Since it was the main water shutoff valve that was broken, I had no water coming into the house. He took this into consideration and was able to come by very quickly. He even called me to tell me when he was on his way. He took the time to explain everything to me while he worked and did the job very quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to make some recommendations and gave me estimates on a new water heater and sump pump. I appreciated this because I have a portion of my basement that is finished and the if either of the two fail (the water heater is 25 years old), I could have a very expensive repair on my hands. I highly recommend Joe and his professionalism.

We called on Monday morning because the old heater had sprung a leak and by Monday afternoon we had a new heater installed. Mr. Allen is very professional and competent.

He fixed both toilets. One the toilets had a quirky flushing problem even before the water pipe break. The two major plumbing companys in the area had not been able to solve the problem. Trust plumbing was able to fix it! He also explained everything to me in language I could understant. He was neat and clean and left the bathrooms in excellent condition. I will call him in the future when a need arises.

Arrived promptly when scheduled and took care of everything faster than I anticipated, yet taking the time to explain what needed to be done. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Joe was great. He came out to give us an estimate (wound up costing $75-ish, 30 for the estimate, 45 for the travel fee), and spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. After getting quotes from a few other places, we wound up using Trust Plumbing. Since he came out to our house already, we didn't have to pay the travel fee again. He was punctual, professional, and nice to the dog. When he finished the job, he showed me the work that he'd done and pointed out some areas that we would want to keep an eye on for future problems. He didn't pressure us to get these things fixed right now, saying if it was still working than leave it alone. Overall, I was really happy with this experience.

I called Joe, left a message and he promptly returned my call. He came out immediately and instantly found the source of my water leak. He fixed it and looked over the rest of the bathroom for any other issues. He was very professional, informative and reassuring. I will ALWAYS call him for any future problems.

I called Joe twice, once on Tuesday afternoon, got a voice mail. Then I called him on Wednesday early morning 7:30am and found out that he did not get my voice mail. He said he could come around 9:30-9:45 that same morning, and he was indeed at the door at 9:40 sharp. He is very professional. Examined the situation, briefed me fully about my options and his opinion on which option would be better, but left the decision to me. He was patient, pleasant, and professional. He cleaned up well after the job was done. He did not hesitate to answer my other unrelated plumbing questions. He was very pleasant to work with and I would not hesitate to call him again if need be.

Came out same day we called. Was very friendly and professional. Gave us a quote and had everything done in less then an hour. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future.

We called Joe in the morning and he was out by 9 am. He did a fantastic job for a very fair price. Joe's attitude as well as his assistant's was upbeat and respectful. My husband was thrilled with the work since he hates to do plumbing. Overall they were professional and thorough. We will definitely be calling them again.

I think his name is Joe and he was very honest. There were something's that we needed done and he said no we didn’t need those and that he would not charge us for things that we really didn’t need done. There are other plumbers in this area that are ridiculously expensive so we would certainly use him again.

Joe did a great job with this as he has with all the other jobs he's done for me. I own rental property and it's extremely important to get things taken care of in a timely manner for my tenants. Joe has ALWAYS responded to my calls right away (and there have been plenty of these calls) and taken care of the work within a more than reasonable time frame. Speaking of reasonable, his prices are reasonable too. AND he stands behind the toilets, sinks, water heaters, sump pumps, etc. that he installs. I've never found anyone more reliable and trustworthy.

I discovered the problem with my sump pump. I checked Angie's List and found Trust Plumbing. I called Joe and he came when he said, in just an hour or so.
