Service was friendly. Bugs are gone.

We asked for an attic inspection because we feared we had squirrels nesting in our attic. They inspected only one part of the attic (declined to inspect the other), and concluded that there were no signs of squirrels or nesting. They did offer to send out another inspector to look more closely, but the second inspector never came. After that it became abundantly clear that there were in fact squirrels in our attic and, not only had they nested, but they also produced young. Rose totally let us down. I had to call Terminex in the end to get the job done. Terminex came out immediately and dispatched the squirrels.

I have seen this company in my neighborhood, so thought of them when the carpenter ants appeared and our efforts failed to eradicate them. I went to the website and left an email and got no response, so I called the local number and was told I had to have a salesman come out for my "free estimate" scheduling him a week out, then treatment would probably be a week after that depending on tech availability and this was a busy time. No way I was waiting 2 weeks! Called the Bugman also on Angie's list and he will be out to treat on Saturday.

The cold weather set in so I don't know if they are gone for good. The man was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional..Although, I wince at the price, I would call him again if I have too.

They sprayed my house for possible termite ants. No more ants afterward.

Great experience so far. We were having a problem with spiders until we started using heir service. The technician is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond.

They come out three times a year. We never had any problems, and we would continue using them.

The consultant from Rose gave us a thorough inspection and provided affordable options which met our needs without any pressure. We called several companies and every one have us very high pressure sales approaches for way more than we needed. Rose was a delightful surprise!

I got the name Of Rose Exterminators from Angie's List - first time I had ever used your list. The salesman arrived a little late, but he called to tell us he was running late. He was extremely professional. Sat and explained to us all about ants (we had A LOT of them!). We felt very comfortable signing up for a year's service. We were desperate!! A few weeks later, the actual exterminator came. He was here between 1 and 2 hours, spraying and explaining what he was doing. He left a bill, and although I had already paid an annual fee, I sent a check. They sent the check right back, explaining I had already paid for a year's service. The ants are gone!! I highly recommend Rose.

If you have problems between treatments, you call them and they will come right out. I like them and they are very reliable. They go over the inside and outside of the house from top to bottom.

I tried other companies and they were much better than anyone else I've tried, and they were more reasonably priced.

We began using them because they were working for my husband's business. We like them a lot; they do a good job. They are excellent and very thorough. We will continue to use Rose Pest Solutions.

They were very thorough and the guys were on time. The only thing I did not like was they wanted me to pre pay which was difficult for me, that was the only drawback.

Rose Pest Solutions are good. I give them an A overall. They do have a less expensive plan, but it does not include them coming out for problems in between normal sprayings.

They did a great job, and their treament has proven to be quite effective.
