Rose Pest Solutions

I hired Rose Pest solutions for what I thought was a mouse in my family room walls. They sold me a contract for over $500 in order to get someone to come out. Turns out the mouse was actually a squirrel and they said that my contract doesn't cover squirrels. Seems to me they should do an evaluation before selling you a contract. They refused to do anything about the squirrel that is still living in my walls.

We’ve had Rose for several years and they’ve went above and beyond when the perform the bug prevention twice a year .

Went very well and we have had this service for a few years now and we have no bugs. It is wonderful. We look forward to spring and fall treatment so we are not infested with flies and other flying pests.

The guy was so nice and knowledgeable.I will use again next year.

Great. Both services went well. Provider called the day prior to mosquito treatment. I appreciated this because it let me mow the lawn just before the mosquito treatment was applied.

We’ve used Rose for over 10 years now. Mostly to keep black ants out of the house. The treatments have always worked and the staff was great. In the past, they have always provided great information on the pests in question, which I really appreciate. Scheduling can sometimes be a little problematic, they are apparently very busy at certain times of the year, but other than that, they’ve always done great work.

They come twice in the summer and spray our cedar-sided home for bees, ants, etc. I had them for my home and my cottage.

I had a very large flea infestation, one of the worst they had seen, and they were able to get rid of all the fleas. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the problem.

I had ants which were coming in through the connecting seam on my modular home and mice in the walls during the winter. They came out and identified the type of ants and made up a plan for eradication of the ants. Traps and bait boxes were placed where evidence of mice were. It has been over a year since the original problem presented itself and I have not seen ants and the mice have not returned.

They do a great job. Efficient, on time, and all the creepy-crawlies I used to have are gone. Yippee!

Outstanding! When the technician Will first arrived some years ago, I had a terrible mouse infiltration in my attic. He systematically eliminated all the entry points and treated the attic so that the problem was completely resolved. He has also treated other problems like carpenter bees, ants, and other pests, and has done so very skillfully. He is always on time and is a very courteous person.

The Tech from Rose was professional, full of lots of good information and did a very good job. Just like the Tech said within 3 days we no longer had a wasp problem. Definitely hiring them to do preventive spraying this coming spring.

After calling another pest company, And setting up a time for for them to never show up after waiting for three hours. So when we called Rose Pest Soluuions Stephen came out the day after I called. He inspected the whole house and was very thorough. We set up a time to have the heat treatment done. Stephen and his crew came, they were on time and the crew was very nice, and even were quick to greet our spunky Australian Shephard. I would highly recommend this company.

They did not remove the mole and I had to hire someone else. The website specifically says and I quote "Our wildlife removal is a professional and effective ". I believe that if you don't give someone what they pay for, you shouldn't charge them. If you did a partial job, get paid for what you did do but they did not deliver. I'm out $270 - very disappointed. They were responsive, I give them that although the person in charge said they charge to remove anything whether or not they catch the animal in question. I was told that AFTER I had already paid for the service.

After the initial service, which was good, I have to say it went horribly wrong from there. Since May 9, I had been trying to schedule a second visit with Stephen. I received one email back from him with a quote to come back out and do the second barn. Since then I have heard nothing. I emailed Stephen directly 3 times. I even called the office and asked if Stephen still worked there. She apologized profusely when I said he still hadn't contacted me back and promised he would call me. Nothing. It is now June 20 and I haven't been contacted by anyone. Never will use this company again. And it also prompted me to write this review. I'm not sure what happened but the lack of response is not acceptable.

Scheduling took a week. The came out and was very efficient. No issues and now no ants!!!
