Description of Work: Cleaned the heat and cold air ducts throughout the house. Were supposed to clean the furnace but did not do so. Crew put in the April Air filter incorrectly and did not replace the door properly. Had to correct the installation of the air filter and clean the furnace.

Description of Work: Our air ducts hadn't been cleaned in possibly forever, and they are much better now. This company is one of the only choices that services Jackson, MI. They showed up on time, surveyed the house, and did a good job cleaning the ducts. When I discovered I had been charged for an extra duct, I called the company and they immediately adjusted the bill. FYI, it is probably inevitable that your house will get a little dirty during this process, so don't bother cleaning it beforehand.
