It went very well Service person was very knowledgable, knew what he was doing and talking about. He was very pleasant. Was in and out in a very short time. He also found the new commode and picked it up. I was very satisfied with the overall experiance

Two gentlemen came at scheduled time. Reviewed requested work and gave a price to complete work. Excellent job done on both items requested. Only concern is their pricing in higher than normal with other company.

I ended up having them out about 4 or 5 times, and they had to tear out my ceiling, and I have to pay to have that fixed as well. I'm not happy that I have to pay to get me ceiling fixed; I feel like they should at the minimum help with some of the cost. The guy that came out was nice, and I'm not entirely sure if the issue is fixed yet. I would have to seriously think about it before I used them again due to pricing issues, but they were punctual.

My contractor recommended them since he was unavailable. I think they are absolutely wonderful. I have used them twice, and would use them again. They arrived on time, and I was shocked that the pricing was so reasonable and that they charged by the job not the hour.

They were quick and efficient with the repair. Our tenant said it took no time at all to have the repair completed. And they were courteous with their entry into the unit.

The service provider was punctual and friendly. However, he seemed a bit scattered, left some tools behind and had to be called, and the leak recurred shortly thereafter.

He never called back. I called the office about 10 days later to ask for a call, but even that did not get a response. I had the job done later by TriCounty Plumbing for much less than the original estimate, done quickly with minimum fuss.

Job was done promptly. Technician was friendly and answered all my questions. Price quoted and paid seemed fair.

We called on Memorial Day Weekend Saturday and got an appointment for next Tuesday because of some bubbles and gurgling in our toilets. Shortly thereafter our toilets were blocked up. We called again and they had someone here within an hour even though it was a Memorial Day Weekend Saturday! Kevin checked both septic tanks and found one of them had not been emptied the last time we had them serviced. He quickly and efficiently temporarily cleared the blockage so we could use the toilets and wait to have the septic tank company come in next week to empty the second tank. After chatting with him about our water softener, he offered to test the water for us when he got done and found our 5+ year old water softener was not working at all. We bought a new water softener on the spot and it will be installed on Wednesday. Michigan Plumbing is now on our "must call" list of service providers.

Showed up on time, polite, quality work. Love the Michigan Plumbing folks. Wish it was a little less expensive but ... I am always happy with the respectfulness and quality of work.

He was pretty fast. We were pleased with the work done. We called they came to give us an estimate and were able to start the work right then. Although they were priced on the high side we were glad the work could be done immediately.

The individual was friendly, and professional. He sought permission and understanding about when/where he was allowed to enter the house. Should he knock, or was he free to enter? He explained what he was doing, and how it would work for each thing he did. I was very pleased with his over all performance.

The crew was very curious and assessed the problem honestly. They quoted me a price that at the time I thought was very high, so I did not hire them. I've always heard they do good work but they're pricey. In my case, I'd venture to say I ended up spending closer to their price than I anticipated, and I had to act as my own contractor, lining up a drain guy, excavator, etc. I would not hesitate to call them in an emergency during odd hours.

Richard S came out to inspect and provide estimate within several hours of initial call. Extracted, installed and explained step-by-step process, etc. great experience.

They came out the same day I called, were very knowledgable and had our problem fixed in no time at a very reasonable price. They even fixed the flushing handle on our toilet for no extra charge. I highly recommend this company. They also offer free estimates.

Ongoing slow drain problem was discovered to be some sort of hard unknown rock-like blockage. Also had an issue with another drain causing backflow problems that wound up being partially due to root issues. Previous drain services just did a band aid job, got the drains to flow again temporarily, but never completely diagnose the problem or offered a solution. Mike was great, explained what was going on, and kept me informed every step of the way. They are not the cheapest nor most expensive but I feel they were fair. They had to return to double check an issue twice and never charged me any additional fee above the original amount.

The call went very well. Professional and friendly, courteous and very tidy. I had originally scheduled the service for 9PM the night of the damage, but they were running behind and could not come until 1AM. At 1AM, they called and were on their way, but at that point it came to light that the night time on-call person was not equipped to handle my repairs. Miscommunication in the office, but they got me on the appointment list for 1PM the next day. Service call was excellent, cannot recommend highly enough.

We had a wobbling, hissing, leaking toilet in our master bath. Called MP and they came out relatively quickly. The technician claimed to know the problem and "fixed" it. Invoice says "Pulled toilet replaced broken PVC flange, reset toilet with new waxing and bolts". Took him about one hour....for $275! He also left two nice big greasy handprints on the wall...ugh. The very next day, the seal cracked again...hissing, leaking and wobbling toilet returned. My husband ended up repairing it.

They went fine. It went very well. They had twenty four hour service, so I called them. The price was fine. It was fair.

The work went well. Everything was done on time. We received excellent information and recommendations from the working crew. Everything was finished on time.

They are the most expensive in town. I got three bids to do the work that they had quoted and all the bids were the most expansive of all the bids. I thought they were professional. They have all the latest equipment and in order to afford the equipment and advertisement they use the equipment if they need it or not.

Called Sunday morning, after checking Angies list for water heater repair. Tech came out at 5 PM Sunday the same day. I knew what was wrong as the pilot would not stay lit. It needed a new thermocouple. The tech said it would $198 if I wanted him to repair it. I asked how much if I said NO. he said "No Charge" and he would just leave. I said go ahead and repair it. He had the part in his truck. 30 minutes later I had hot water. But the best part was Angie had a $40 off any service call coupon!!!! So it only cost me $158, instead of $198. Thank you Michigan plumbing and thank you Angies list for not only finding a quick repair on a Sunday but saving me $40 too. The tech's name was Mike. He was fast, and professional. There is a 3 year warranty on the labor and a 1 year warranty on the part. Excellent!

After having work done a month ago on a sump pump that went out I, they were the first company I called to have this work done. I called and the lady in the office was really friendly as she always is. She said she would get someone out to fix the problems. The gentelman arrived at my house with no call saying he was on his way. He came in, I mentioned the work that needed to be done and he quoted me. The first problem was my outside faucet was leaking. He didnt even look at the faucet outside but wanted to take a look downstairs in the basement. (Our basement is finished) He then told me that there would have to be a ton of work done, ripping the wall open, taking the entire pipe out and It would then be fixed. This quote was around 400.00 to do. And that would not include me having to call someone to get the drywalling replaced. I told him that would have to wait because of the upstairs bathroom faucet was broke and we had family coming over for the weekend. He then went upstairs and told me that the faucet could be taken off. But depending on how it was installed that it would cost around 200.00 to replace. He then said if he could twist it off, he would have to call someone to get a price. 37.00 was the total to remove the faucet. A less than 20 second twisting off of the faucet cost 37.00?! I had a 25.00 off coupon from my last service that I used. So the total was 12.00 and that repair man did not add my 10% discount to that for a "Service Plan" that I was sneaked into on the last call for my sump pump. He then left and I had a long time to think about what had just happened. I had another company whom I will not mention come out and replace the outside leaking faucet for 50.00!!! With no ripping apart my house. I called this company and mentioned my concerns and the lady said she would not want someone coming in and ripping apart her walls either. The service manager for this company called me today 7/11/14 and was so rude! He basically told me that the company I got the work done must have been doing sketchy. That 50.00 to replace a outside faucet is not a price that it would cost to do it right. Throwing another comapny under the bus is unprofessional. I had a coupon for that company which brought the price down a lot. But that was none of his concern. He then went to tell me that the faucet replacement in the upstairs bathroom should have never been charged and he has no clue how the price was developed of 37.00. He then told me that it actually cost his company more than 37.00 to come out to my house to do work and his company LOST money when they came out. Who tells a customer this ? He then went on to tell me that he would refund the 12.00 I paid because 12.00 only pays for about 15 pages worth of paper at his office. I was in such shock! This man should not deserve to be any form of a manger or customer contact. I told him I would no longer be working with Michigan Plumbing and he then said that would be recommended for me. Overall worst experiance that I have EVER had with anyone doing work on my house. I will make sure that I do everyone a favor that I know and have them NEVER contact this "business".

It went very well. The technician was on time and did a good job installing the new hot water heater. He explained the warranty afterwards and made sure we knew where the paperwork was. Our new hot water heater is working fine and we are very confident with the work they did. We would use them in the future!

The technician who came out was extremely courteous and professional. He was polite, and seemed to put good effort into doing the job. However, in the end, he said there was a major problem in the pipes preventing him from completing the cleaning, and he left without fixing the problem. He gave me estimates for another process which would require digging up the pipe in our yard and cleaning with a hydro-jet. This would cost us $2800. The next day, I called another provider. They came out, worked really hard to clean out the pipe (these guys were literally covered in sweat and sewage), but our problem was fixed. And surprise, they only charged half as much as Michigan Plumbing!
