He did an excellent job, gave us an estimate that I thought was high, but was less than half another estimate I got. Made several recommendations. They replaced the water supply connector, but didn’t bother to run the dishwasher when done to verify the repair. Turned out there was a hole in the bottom of the pan/tub, and the dishwasher needed to be replaced. I did that installation myself.

Technician was excellent and very helpful. Will consider using in the future. For the drain project another quote was less.

The technician inspected the old, corroded faucets, said that he could do the work the same day. I have their maintenance contract and received a discount for the work. In multiple jobs here, Michigan Plumbing has always sent a competent and courteous technician.

Learning curve for me. I researched water heaters and then discovered that plumbing firms generally install only one brand. Couldn't find a recommended plumber that would install the brand I chose. Went with this highly recommended plumbing firm even though they only install Bradford White brand: made in Michigan but not highly rated. Hoping for the best.

First off, I dislike the fact they will not give you any kind of estimate until they get to the house. I think their idea is, that once you have them in the home, regardless of the cost, you will go ahead and use them. Which is exactly what I did. The work was shoddy, he hooked up the dishwasher line to the garbage disposal and obviously did not even check to see if it leaked. Which it did. He left a couple of scratches on the new sink as well. Not to mention the fact I thought them to be grossly overpriced. I will never use their service again. And if anyone asks me about what plumber I have used I will definitely tell them not to use Michigan Plumbing.

Diagnosed and fixed quickly and effectively.

They were the only service that answered my call on a weekend and I actually talked to a real person. The serviceman responded within 2-3 hours and cleaned my drain. He was polite, courteous and professional. He cleaned the line all the way to the road and because he encountered some tree roots, he advised they could not guarantee the work. He tried to sell me on using a camera in the line for another $150, but I declined. The charge was $224 which I felt was high, but I understand it was a weekend and they advertise they do not charge extra for weekends. He explained what he would do and the cost before he started so there was no surprise.

Dennis was prompt, professional, courteous. He explained what he could do and the cost. He advised that there was a 30 day guarantee if thee we no roots involved, in my case there were some roots, so no guarantee. He cleaned up after. My basement floor is painted and the machine vibration did scratch up the floor removing the paint in spots. I would suggest that if your floor is painted you put something under the machine.

I was given quotes for 2 options, and based on my decision, the new water heaters were installed the same day. I didn't shop around, so I don't know how these rates compare with other companies, but I was very happy with the work done. The serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company, and will use this company again.

It went very well. The gentleman that came was very prompt and professional. He did his work quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. Very happy with my experience.

I called on a Sunday and the plumber, Dennis, was at the house within a couple of hours. I was concerned about higher rates on a Sunday, but Dennis told me that Michigan Plumbing does not charge extra for weekends. Dennis was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent time checking all of the bathrooms and drains and after flushing two other toilets further down the drain run was able to clear up a blockage which was causing an air pocket. He saved us from what could have been an expensive repair. He didn't charge us for his time. I am very impressed by his honesty and his skills. I will definitely call Michigan Plumbing in the future.

The service was very professional and friendly. This is the second time I have used Michigan Plumbing and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. They will be my number one choice for any future plumbing needs.

We called Michigan Plumbing on the recommendation of a (very picky) friend. The work was finished professionally, in a timely manner, and the technician was CLEAN (I have dogs that eat everything they find so that's important, too), polite, and friendly. He also did a quick repair on the bad work another plumber did a few months before, and gave me quick advice on creating an access panel for the shower. For the frozen pipes we had, one was repaired and the other, which we never knew we had and never used, was cut and capped, leaving plenty of room for the next owner to reconnect the pipe if they so choose; this was the technicians suggestion to save us a bit of money. I would happily recommend Michigan Plumbing and I am completely pleased with their quality work. Perhaps they are a little higher in price but, for the quality work they perform, it was worth it.

Good work, but I feel that I was grossly overcharged compared to what other plumbers would have charged based on the actual time to complete the projects. BEWARE BEWARE. Potential customers should always get a quote from another plumber before hiring this company or risk being grossly overcharged.
