Description of Work: Put carpet in the basement. It's beautiful!

Description of Work: Living Room carpet and luxury/grouted tiles in two baths, hall, kitchen, dining, and back entry. Both sales and management made sure I was satisfied with product and installation.

Description of Work: Went in for a quote on 4/23 and was told I'd get a rough quote on 4/28 and it never came. They came to measure 4/30, still no quote yet(5/5). They said installation would be mid June if purchased. Too busy or whatever for me to use.

Description of Work: We put new carpeting in two bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway and stairs. We put wood floors in two back bedrooms. Maloney Carpeting...especially Suzanne...could not have been more patient with me and the numerous samples I tried before making a decision. The installers for the wood were wonderful. The installers who came out for the carpeting on the upper level were careless and caused some damage to trim and a piece of furniture. But, Jeff Maloney came out, inspected, and made sure repairs were performed to our satisfaction. He also made sure that different installers did the carpeting on the lower level. We could have found cheaper carpeting, but we would have had nowhere near the level of service both before and after the purchase. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Large family room carpet. First the salesperson was wonderful in helping me pick out the carpet type, color and type of padding with no push, no rush. Gave me samples with no time limit. I had a door that was ruining my current carpet and they found a person to fix my door and it was extremely inexpensive and he was very professional. Measured my room at my convenience. Ordered carpet and set up time to be installed. Installers were also professional. Everyone was great.
