They were prompt. I called them on a Monday and they were here within 24 hours. They did the initial diagnosis, ordered the part, got it and installed it. I contacted the manufacturer and they were the recommended repair service. I was satisfied with their service. The pricing is excellent.

The problem was a belt that had slipped off a pulley in a dryer. Normally, I would have fixed myself but I'm recovering from an injury. The repairman came punctually, fixed it within 15-20 minutes and charged a reasonable fee. Would use this business again.

Hubby and I noticed the dishwasher was not draining at all. he remembered a guy in town that came out and worked on his stove. So he tried to get ahold of him for four days with no luck. And after his complaining about having to wash the dishes, I decided to try Angie's list. I look up( appliance repairs)looked at four or five companies. after reading they reviews I chose Lane's Repair LLC. Hubby called them up and setup a appointment for the very next day. The Technician arrived early, he knew just what the problem was and got right to work. Wish we would have tried Angie's List first.

I found Lane's repair on Angie's list as a new home owner over a year or two ago. I have since had them repair my dryer, my icemaker/freezer, my refrigerator. This time it was my dishwasher. Our dishwasher was operating very loudly and I called them out to take a look at it and it turns out the fan had come off the shaft and we needed a new motor/pump. He let us know that the repair was going to be about $200 and wanted to know if we wanted to do it or buy a new machine. After looking at sears and realizing it would be at least $300+$150installation+$10 removal of old machine - I decided to go forward with fixing the old machine. Especially when I saw that Sears was advertising their extra warranty and on it listed some common repairs and their average amounts - they listed motor/pump as ~$360 repair! OK $200 sounds a lot better now! The repair went great. He ordered the part on Thursday and they called on Friday to schedule the repair on Monday. He came in the window that we picked and had it up and running quietly in no time!

Jeremy arrived at the appointed time. He was very friendly and professional. I watched his work and enjoyed his explanations of what he was doing. He was obviously very knowledgable and had the parts and tools needed to complete the jobs. He was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service. I also thought the price was more than reasonable.

Lanes repaired my over stove microwave. I had it taken down thinking to take it somewhere but lo and behold I could not find anywhere to easily take it. I called and they fit me in at the end of the day so I did not have to take too much time off work. They were there exactly at the time promised. They provided me a quote, had the parts and quickly fixed it. They also reinstalled it for me. My only beef is that they have no brick and mortar where I can take a smaller item and avoid the $45 service call. But it was extremely convenient. I would recommend them to anyone.

We contacted Lane's Repair regarding our Maytag refrigerator that is about 6.5 years old - Over the weekend we found that it was not cooling in the fridge or freezer appropriately. Ice cream was drinkable, ice packs were mush, etc. Milk wasn't cold, fruit was spoiling. We received a call back on Monday morning and the appointment was made for the same day. Jeremy called when he was on his way and was in and out in less than 30 minutes time. It turns out that the motor in the freezer compartment had quit working. He said he had the part on his truck, quoted me about $130 dollars, replaced the part, and when he figured the bill, it came in a little less! Professional, timely, and efficient. Should the need arise, we will contact Lane's Repair again. Highly recommend!

He is like an appliance doctor; he is wonderful. He comes in, diagnoses the problem, and fixes it. If he cannot fix it, he is very clear, does not charge a whole lot and says if something is on its last legs. I have also recommended him to many people.

Jeremy examined the dishwasher, determined the problem, described to me what he felt was needed and, when I agreed, proceeded to do the work. He worked efficiently and but did not seem hurried. He was very pleasant and friendly and I would not hesitate to hire him again. His charge was quite reasonable, though I can't recall the exact amount.

He did a great job and I would call him again for my other appliances when needed.

My refrigerator started leaking all over the floor and I had to get someone to fix it quickly. My regular repair person had retired (we had received excellent service from him for 22 years), so I was really nervous about getting anyone new. I checked Angie's list and found Lane's Repair had a good rating. So I called Lane's Repair in the morning and received a call back in about an hour. Lane was able to come out that very same day with the correct part and fix my refrigerator. He was friendly and got the job done quickly and professionally. He shared information with me and enjoyed that I was curious about the repair. He showed me each part that he replaced and explained how it had broken. I am thrilled with his responsiveness and quality of work. I now have a new repairperson for the next 22 years!

I called them and left a message at 9.30 and they called me back by 10.30. They were here by 11.30. The person who came out gave me good advice about the refrigerator in general. They were great. Their price was very affordable too.

Overall it was good service, not exceptional, but good service. I was pleased we got our range working again and was satisfied with the service.

Each time he promptly responded to my call and was able to preform the repair within a day or two, right in my home. I paid a very fair price. He is honest and professional. His business comes from word of mouth. He was referred to me by a friend and my experiences have been so postive, I wanted to refer him to you.
