Description of Work: Our washing machine was not draining properly. The repairman, Walt, I believe was his name, showed us it was caused by the exhaust water draining too slowly from the receiving tub, causing it to rise above the exhaust tube and siphon the drain water back into the washer. All we had to do was plunge the receiving tub so the water would drain more quickly.

Description of Work: Our dishwasher had a worn latch and made a grinding sound when running. Lane's technician out forth an extra effort to isolate the problem and came back twice to deal with the needed repairs. I recommend them highly!

Description of Work: replaced main control and evaporator assembly due to fan stalling out. also replaced blocked valve that allows water to flow into ice cube maker and water spout. Was also given a couple of replacement light bulbs and shown where/how to do the replacement. Cost included four parts plus labor. Felt work performed was very reasonable, service man very pleasant, punctual, efficient, and neat. Am very pleased.
