Poor....I called to set up an appointment they had agreed to come out on Wednesday. The day came, they never called and never showed up. I would have appreciated a phone call, it was very unprofessional.

They came on the same day that I called and took care of everything immediately. I will definitely use them again, it couldn't have been easier.

The company called to keep us informed of their next interaction. They noticed our cat when picking up and didn't use air breaks. Very courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Minimal disturbances. Will keep them on my 'team'.

I called J&M Hauling for an estimate. When they arrived I told them I had another hauler coming to also give me an estimate. They asked who and I told them. The J&M guy told me that the owner of J&M had bought that company. So I agreed on the J&M price and they began loading the stuff I wanted removed. Thirty minutes later a man from the other company showed up and was very upset and informed me his business had not been bought by J&M. He said J&M staff had done this to him a couple of times before. J&M staff lied about the situation so I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

They did good quality work. They were punctual, and had good pricing.

I called another company first but they didn't hayl in our area. Then I remembered I belong to Angie's list... I'm anew member and sometimes forget to check there. J & M Hauling was listed. I called them to make sure they took yard waste. They do and we made arrangements for them to come the next day. They did and removed the bags.

What a wonderful experience it was to work with J&M Hauling. Everyone we talked to was courteous, respectful and friendly. Great communication, arrived on time, worked quickly and removed every bit of debris we had in our yard. We highly recommend them.

They cleaned my basement moved the things that I wanted moved.And then cleaned the floor .

Everything went well. We simply had another person do the work, however.

Very helpful..quick..a little late, but provided an update on arrival time. Overall a good experience.

I got them from Angie's List. They did a fantastic job. They were very courteous. Their price was absolutely wonderful. I was quite impressed with them and their price was absolutely fantastic. It was a lot cheaper than I could have rented a gong from Grangers Fort. They cleaned so nicely. They swept the floor and everything. They thought that it was going to be just one truckload and even though it ended up being two truckloads they stayed with the same price that they quoted me. I thought that it was more than fair. I gave them a tip because I felt that they deserved it. They were very prompt. I called and they came out the same day. They started the work and everything was done within four hours. They had to make two trips. They were fantastic. They were very polite. The gentleman that came was very nice. I could not have been more pleased. I am seventy two years old and so, I appreciated them helping me with all that. I could not get over with how quick they were. My basement was spotless within four hours. They were very efficient. I could not have asked for more. Their price was outstanding. I did not think that businesses would ever operate like that. I was amazed at how wonderful they were. I have been telling my neighbors and my children about them. I would absolutely use them again in the future. They were very nice. My daughter would call them and have them do her basement. They did a fantastic job.
