J & M Hauling

I had been searching for some time on how I could get rid of my old upright piano. I could not even give it away for free! Then I inquired with J&M Hauling, and found out that they do indeed remove and dispose of pianos and to just let them know when to come out. When the time came that I really had to get rid of the piano, I called them short notice and by the next week they arrived and quickly removed it. I am so grateful I happened to find out about J&M Hauling. Highly recommend!

They were totally awesome. On time and worked hard. Even swept my garage when they finished. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys are great. They come the day after I called them and they get the job done quickly and they were very professional. I have used them for dumpster rentals in the past, but I didn't have enough stuff this time. The came and hauled away junk form my basement, a room upstairs, and even an old grill outside. Everything was gone in about 30 minutes. if you need a dumpster, or just need someone to haul away some junk, these are the guys to call!

They came the same day I called...fast workers and they cleaned up every bit if debris. And raked the grass to get any nails or splintered wood

Good. They showed up on time with the right size dumpster. They placed it in the requested area. They picked it up when requested.

The price was about on par with other dumpster companies I contacted. They dropped off the dumpster for a few weeks and didn't seem to be in a big rush to pick it back up. But, the delivery and drop off went smoothly.

Tony was great. He always came with another set of hands and they got to work. They wasted no time getting to work lifting heavy items, taking directions and getting the job done. They were such a huge help.

The tub had to be removed by hand since no equipment could be used. The two guys showed up exactly on time, provided a reasonable quote, removed the tub in under an hour and cleaned up the area of all debris. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. They came in, took a look at the pieces of furniture I wanted removed and hauled them away. Fast, easy and the price was right. They did a great job and I would call them in a heartbeat if I needed this type of work again...

Wow, from the time I first called until the time they drove away with my stuff, it was about 2 and a half hours! Punctual, polite and efficient. As soon as I accepted the estimate, they were ready to haul away, even though I hadn't expected that and wasn't prepared with cash or my checkbook. They took my Visa card, no problem. It's all gone and I'm happy. :-)

They got here quickly on both occasions and I thought the price was reasonable. They took a lot of stuff away. I was very happy with their service.

They were on time or just a tad bit early (which is okay by me). from talking with them what they could recyle or repurpose they would properly dipose of.

We had a lightning strike during a bad storm this summer and have 3 TV's. 2 of them the older, heavy models, to be hauled away. In our basement we have an old shower door, treadmill, and LOTS of boxes and misc junk that needs to be gone. We do not have a truck or SUV, and do not want to spend the time it would take making a lot of separate trips to the recycle center. Looking forward to getting rid of all this stuff!

We requested a quote and Tony and his team responded in person the same day. We liked their quote (it was about $100 less than we expected), so we had them get started right away. They worked very quickly. They were cheerful, polite, helpful, and professional. When their truck was filled, the arranged to return the next morning and get the rest. They were even able to wrestle a large chest freezer up from the basement that had been finished after the freezer was installed. We can't recommend them highly enough.

Almost didn't go with him because his voice mail was full the first time I called him. That's the only reason I gave a B on responsiveness. Other than that Jeff was very responsive and always addressed any questions right away. Once I did get him on the phone the first time he was out at the property within an hour. His crew got to work that afternoon and finished the next day. Jeff was very nice and professional. Their quote seemed very fair for the job. Will definitely use again if needed.

Dumpster was delivered on the day and TIME promised!!

Submitted an inquiry with no response. Called and reached Jeff who said he could stop by around 5 or would call to give a time for the next day. No word the next day so I called and Jeff said he would stop by to look at the work and quote at 3 pm. I left work early to be home, waited, and it's now 4:30. Two text messages later and still no word in return. I'm still hoping to do business with this firm. But I made special arrangements to be home from work at two times with no show and no contact. I fully understand that contractors are busy this time of year but the lack of contact is really disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand jobs run long, it's a busy time, etc...but a call or text is very simple. I thought I paid for Angie's List to find vendors that are reliable. Not yet realized this brand promise, Angie.

It took just one phone call to J&M, and my old TV set was gone! I phoned this company to remove a 20 year-old TV that finally blew up. Hated to see the old set go, but it is almost cheaper to replace the set rather than repair it. It was a monster of a set, and I was challenged by getting out of the house. J&M asked me when it was convenient for ME to come out and remove it. What a concept! Doing business when it's convenient for the customer rather than when it fits in with the business's schedule. They arrived at our agreed-to time. They took extreme care to avoid damage to my floors, carpet and entry way door when removing the set. I will definitly use them again when I have trash to haul, spring cleaning (basement & garage).

They came out the same day I called and provided me with an estimate. They were then able to haul everything away the same day. They did an excellent job.
