Description of Work: I hired Ingham Painting to paint the entire interior of my home plus some ceilings. Manuel is very nice and I was happy to give my business to Ingham Painting. The whole crew was very helpful and respectful. They were very prompt, showed up when they said they would, and returned any phone calls quickly. They did a good job and went over any areas that needed touching up a week or so after finishing. The price was right in line with what I wanted to pay. I would definitely hire them again in the future.

 + 2 moreOver the past few years I had seen Ingham Painting signs throughout my neighborhood. Ingham Painting has painted over 60 houses in the Chesterfield Hills/Glencairn Neighborhoods.When the exterior of our home needed repainting we received many bids but chose Ingham Painting because of the great reviews from friends, the friendly competent painters and the reasonable price. Ingham painting power washed and sanded the aluminum siding, chimney and decks. They advised me on color choices and were very flexible with color changes. Ingham painting also sanded my 60 yr old front door and stained and sealed it. It looks beautiful!! Manuel and his painters are detail oriented and take great pride in their work. We were so happy with the job they did on the exterior we hired them to paint the interior as well. Manuel and his painters are friendly and trustworthy and are easy to have in your home around children, pets and valuables.
Description of Work: Ingham painting power washed and sanded the aluminum siding, chimney and decks. They repainted the exterior body of the house and the trim. On the interior they patched, sanded and painted walls. fireplace mantle, ceilings, trim and doors. Ingham painting also sanded my 60 yr old front door and stained and sealed it.

He was very sure to let me know when he would arrive, and when rain prevented working, he was quick to let me know when he would be returning. I feel very comfortable recommending Ingham Painting.
Description of Work: Ingham Painting scraped paint from my front porch, the cement block foundation of the house, and the wooden back deck. They then power washed the entire house, and painted the porch, foundation and deck.

He was very responsive from the beginning, stopping by quickly to give us a quote and working with us to meet our budget. We have a pretty historic home which needed a paint job badly and we took our time deciding whom to go with. When we saw the quality work that Manuel has done in the neighborhood, our decision was easy. He also came highly recommended from our neighbors and our physician down the road. We really took our time deciding on the right color and Manuel never pushed us to make a decision quickly. He helped with different samples until we got it just right. Then he did a wonderful job painting the exterior body. When it came to window trim, he was patient again and we found the perfect matching color. He worked with our timing so that we always felt our needs were addressed. We can't say enough about Manuel and highly recommend him.
