Description of Work: Fixed a part on my refrigerator that kept if from getting cold. Rob (I think his name's Rob) was awesome...had to leave and come back with a new part. So friendly and professional. It's Saturday and tomorrow's Easter and I have a houseful of people. THANK YOU!

Description of Work: Refrigerator ice machine wasn't working properly and we called Dick's. Dick answered and told us how to resolve the problem. He said if what he told us didn't work he would come out the next day to fix it. We did what he said and the ice machine works again.

Description of Work: Maytag dryer not heating. Checked back panel and realized wires had been burned. Needed to replace panel. Had to order. Back next day and replaced. Also, switched doors on washer and dryer. Replaced tubing to vent dryer
