We had rob come out to fix our refrigerator, he found a burned out motor, ordered it on the spot , he got the part. Came back out and fixed it . Works like brand new very pleased with his ability and attitude . Have already told other people to call him very professional

On time and completed the task in a timely manner to include all clean-up.

It went well. He was quick and he even smoothed out a dent in my dryer that the movers made.

It was done professionally and efficiently. Thank you Rob. The cost included a parts kit from LG.

He was fantastic! Prompt and very courteous and also checked washer while he was there. Problem was fixed with parts he had on site and issue resolved in less than an hour.

I had to flip the circuit breaker to turn it off. I called very late in the day. They said someone would be there at 10 the next morning. When Rob checked the next day it was not making the noise. He listened for 20 minutes. The noise did not reoccur. He said I should call and he would come right back if there was a problem. No charge.

I thought I was going to be stuck buying a new refrigerator, but thought first I would contact an appliance repair person. GREAT idea. I contacted Dick (the owner of Dick's Appliance Service) and he was able to have his service technician (his son Rob) out within 48 hours to check things out. GREAT news * a fan motor needed to be replaced. And Rob was pleasant and quick to define the problem and quick to fix it.

He checked it and found that it could not be fixed

I tried three different telephone numbers. None of them worked. If I was Angie’s lust I would delete them from my files.

The technician, Rob, took a few minutes reviewing and advised I needed an appliance technician from the company. He provided a good phone number, and wished me luck. The best part was zero cost to me since he couldn’t fix the issue. I was completely impressed and would highly recommend this service company to anyone who needs N appliance looked at.

Unable to duplicate problem after he arrived. Washer is fine. Since he was here anyway, he looked at the old and squeaky dryer, did much needed maintenance and parts replacement. The dryer works much better and dries faster. Couldn't have been happier with the repairman or service.

The service rep arrived same day of our early morning call and proceeded to search for the problem. Once found he showed me the cause. He replaced the part and once the refrigerator was repaired and the panel that had been removed reinstalled he waited in order to make sure cooling was taking place. He even wiped out the freezer compartment (which our model has on the bottom, which is where the panel was removed). I informed him this would not be the last time we will be seeking their services since Dick's will be our go to appliance repair company henceforth. A great find thanks to Angie's List.

Very well. He had to remove the freezer door and take it outside where he could apply water to the ice maker to thaw it out. The ice maker was frozen solid for unknown reasons. The repair tech said they see this from time to time but no cause is known. So far the ice maker is working well.

Initial same-day service call determined parts needed. Parts were ordered, then installed several days later in second service call. Final price very close to initial estimate given. Repair technician was polite and personable.

Great. Provider was easy to deal with and knew his business well. Appreciated his forthrightness and the quick manner he went about fixing the problem.

Not well. Can't understand how these people received such a high rating. When we called to arrange for a service call, we explained that this was for a front load, Kenmore washer machine & it was pumping water but wouln not spin. I had already opened the inspection panel and saw the belt was intact so we were sure that was not the problem. When my wife let the service tech in he was very direct. She felt he acted almost rude and was very matter of fact. I arrived shortly after he had already started looking at our machine. I greated him saying that we appreciated him coming so soon & we selected their company based on the high Angie's List rating. He barly acknowledged I even said anything, let alone coming into my home like he had an attitude. He spent about 10 to 15 minutes looking at our washer & proceeded to tell us that they didn't work on front load washer machines. He could have said that to begin with & been on his way. He grunted the name of another company to try & out the door he went. Not so much as a thanks anyway, sorry we couldn't help or kiss my behind. My wife & I looked at each other and we were both so stuned, all we could say was, wow. Never calling them again nor will we recommend them. We all have a bad day once in a while however, acting like that, with a new perspective client, is no way to build your client base. This service tech really acted like he could have cared less.

The repair was professionally done. Could do without the politizing!!!!

Unfortunately the part had to be ordered but was replaced within a few days

Great. He was able to come out in the morning and rapidly figured I was right and the belt had broken. He replaced the belt and cleaned all the lint out of the dryer that doesn't go in the lint trap. Was very nice, quick and efficient.

Arrived on time and went straight to work. He communicated what he was doing and why at all times. Spent some extra time to answer some general questions about the machine. We have an older washing machine that we'd prefer to keep running as we don't like the newer, overly complicated, machines that are available now. He did a couple of repairs and told us about another that he could do, but wouldn't recommend at this time. Nice. For less than many charge just to show up, Dick's came and did a couple of small repairs in a professional and timely manner. Will definitely use in the future.

Dryer stopped last night. I consulted Angie's List and found Dick's Appliance tops on the list. Called this morning and he was out by 9 am. Service was excellent, personable, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable. Price was more than reasonable. After he left, I immediately sent an email to friends recommending him.

We called Dick's on Monday and they were available to come out the same day. The switch had to be ordered, but was in and replaced by Wednesday morning at a cost of only $165. Dick's was prompt, friendly, skilled, and did not charge for the first service call on Monday, only for the labor on Wednesday. Great business, would hire again.
