Description of Work: Weed & feed. I have 40-some acres of untended land next to me, a gigantic reservoir of weeds. I occasionally have a few that cross onto my property. On the whole I thing NW does a good job for me, better than the huge national chain who I fired.

Description of Work: They fertilize our yard every six weeks. This is our third season using Natural Way and rate them hands down better than True Green. Natural Way is more expensive, but the results speak for themselves.

Description of Work: This is the second season I've used Natural Way and I'm really satisfied. I switched from a competitor mainly because of price and I've been happy. They come out when they're supposed to and the lawn looks great. This last winter was really h****** the lawn but they have done what they needed to do to get it looking healthy again. One time I had a few dandelions coming up and they came out to take care of the problem. Their prices are quite competitive also and they seem like they really value your business. Also, when they visit, if they see an issue like under watering or cutting the grass too short, they'll let you know by noting it on the paperwork they leave. I'll keep using them.

Description of Work: Fertilizer and weed control application. Lawn doesn't seem to be responding to this second treatment despite sufficient watering and proper cutting ...a fairer assessment should be done in another week to determine whether the weed control has worked. Using this provider in the future is dependent upon the success of the second application and, if not successful, what remediation steps the company is prepared to take to correct these issues.

Description of Work: They claim to use an effective "natural" product. I noticed no improvement to the quality of my lawn. I actually noticed an increase in the number of broad leaf weeds. They were expensive in comparison to other lawn service companies and less effective. |My biggest complaint however is with their billing practices. I thought that I had paid my final bill for the season. When I got what I thought was a duplicate bill I disregarded it. After having been a customer for 2 years who generally paid in advance or at least one time, you would think that they would call or email before sending the bill to a collection agency. They did not. I do not appreciate the black mark on my credit for not paying what I thought was a duplicate bill. I will not be using them again.

Description of Work: This is the 2nd year they have handled our lawn fertilization/weed control and spraying of our crabapple tree. Everything looks much better than when we started with them. They are very responsive to calls as well.

Description of Work: Natural Way applied an overall fertilizer and then spot-sprayed weeds with a weed killer. I like that they don't apply the weed killer everywhere, so it is a more limited use around my family. Also, I like that the fertilizer is meant to be more gentle (no sulfur) for those with sensitive skin or skin irritation. The price was slightly higher than others I called, but seems worth it to minimize our family's exposure to skin irritants and weed killer.

Description of Work: Natural Way is a professional and top rate company. The service they provide is second to none compared to the top national companies. I found my grass is greener, fuller and absent of any weeds. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Have used them for several years for lawn fertilizing and general weed control. They have been consistently reliable, and dependable. When the contract was first established,I asked for an advance notification call prior to any applications and they have always given me one. I hate using toxic chemicals of any kind, and these are. I just wish there were more organic products used that would achieve similar results.

Description of Work: Got rid of TrueGreen they really botched a bush and tree application and ended up killing my wife's newly planted flowers plus at least 20 burn holes in the grass,got pics. They advertised and I gave them a chance, got crabgrass already and a few broad leafs. Going to call but have been out of town.

Description of Work: Although they did exactly what my husband asked, unbeknownst to me, they put an irreversible toxin in the lawn unmarked, near animals and where pets are let outside. After several telephone conversations, they came back and marked areas, the service contract was cancelled and a refund issued. It is nothing personal against this particular provider, it is I will not use any.

Description of Work: The first few years were good. They got rid of the "Creeping Charlie" & the grass looked good. The last two years were not good...lots of weeds & product coverage was very sparse. I would not notice product on our front sidewalk whereas I would notice it on two of our neighbors' front sidewalks. I even went out immediately after the technician left & only counted a total of two granules on the many stepping stones in the middle of our backyard. The sparse application of product & disregard of weeds resulted in a much less attractive lawn.
