Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

No. I am in Fenton so I am told they have a logistics problem. A new guy started last year. He was poor from the start. He was learning . I asked some questions that he did not know the answer which is ok if your learning so he said he would ask at office and have someone contact me . 3-4 weeks later I still was not contacted because he forgot and he never folliowed up. He covers Fenton. This year he damaged my klawn by not picking upo on insec ts and the so called treatments for crab grass and others never worked in the front lawn so it is rampant. They sent out a manager to a**** and treat but he is not my manager. I told him I did not want Andrew back. His manager--Eric says he would be back. I am cancelling services after Mark fixes the damage Andrew has done. would not trecommend them. Had no trouble with technicians first 2 years. This guy is incompetentn and any company who is forcing someone you don't want and is incompetent and causes damage is a very poor company . A thought if a doctor messed up bad on surgery for you and you wanted a different doctor and they dsaid : no: how would anyone put up with it. I know it is because3 I am a female. They would be kissing my feet if I was a male. If they have a logistics problem that is their problem I am not going to accept inadequate service when I pay like everyone else. So I'll do it this way

In the fall of 2023, Natural Way Lawn performed aeration services on my property and, unfortunately, caused damage with their machinery. I promptly contacted the company, and they sent someone to assess the situation while I was not at home. The area manager left a note at my door, stating he observed no damage. When they reached out for payment, I insisted that I would not settle the bill until the damages were adequately addressed. They agreed to have the area manager follow up, but he failed to resolve the issue. I have photographic and video evidence of the damage, including footage of an employee colliding with my fence. Despite this, my attempts to address the situation were met with multiple calls from the company, not to rectify the damage but to demand payment for the service. They even left several threatening voicemails, stating they would send my account to collections, contradicting their agreement to withhold payment until the matter was resolved. Eventually, I paid the invoice to cease the collection calls, but this marks the second instance of property damage by their team in two years. I am now taking steps through various channels to highlight this neglect and seek a resolution. I insist on having my property restored to its original condition, prior to any damage caused by their services.

Actually used this service for a few years but when I got last year’s estimate (2023) I was shocked! Way too much money. I called and immediately cancelled it. Then, I got a bill for an application which I never requested nor approved. They took the liberty of applying a chemical and then billed me for it and when I didn’t pay it they sent me to collection. Well guess what? I’m still not paying for a service that I never requested or approved. Making an assumption is on you and also a clever way to maybe collect a little extra cash. Go pound sand.

The process went very well. They are precise and helpful. They let you know the amount up front and they work professionally and resolve any issues your grass, trees etc. are having. Will keep using this company!

Seem very professional, paid for complete spring, summer and fall services. We shall see.

The 1st year was fine. 7 or 8 treatments for the price. The 2nd year. Forget it. All of a sudden. I had large patches of brown grass all over my front yard. They came out and told me I had grubs. They never mentioned anything about it until it was too late. Nothing. The visit before the sheet they left suggested I seed these areas. This tells me the guy coming out knows nothing about lawn care. No call. It was like throwing money away.

Fair. Not the results we were hoping for but they were responsive to our concerns.

Went great, they would always call or email before they came and leave a report attached to the front door afterwards.

They are amazing. My neighbors say I have BASEBALL GRASS, best out of us neighbors! I love it because I’m pretty competitive about that!

I called/hired Natural Way to help me rid.my lawn of dandelions. I was told it might take a treatment or two before I wouldn't see them growing anymore. I was pleasantly surprised to see the little, yellow lawn pests wilting within a week of the first treatment and only a few more popped up afterward. Our lawn looks so much more healthy after only 2 months! I also like the care suggestions left by the technicians each time they apply treatment. Sure helps!

I thought they were very good but I thought they were very expensive.

They explained all very clearly and were open to me setting up my extermination appointment later in the season when my ants usually show up. ($225) For the first time in several years, I wasn't fighting getting rid of ants myself. The lawn service (~$60-70/application)took a lot of time in explaining or noting in writing what types of weeds or lawn issues I had and it's definitely cut down on the number I have. I can clearly see that I have way fewer than my neighbors. They will even give you a reminder call for when they're coming.

I requested a quote over a week ago. Their website says that someone will contact you with 24/48 hours. Never heard a word! Not even a "we are busy and will get back to you." Very unprofessional in my opinion. Well you lost my business! Another local business called me back in less than 5 minutes (and he is also extremely busy!) Too bad, I live in a very nice neighborhood and people are always looking for lawn fertilization references. Your loss!!

Our experience with Natural Way has been very good. We started a few years back having them treat just our front yard for a growing weed problem. We noticed a definite difference by the end of the season so we added the back yard for our 2nd season. Into the fall we had our 7 blue spruce a couple of other conifers given root treatments and a winter protectant after a brutal winter the previous year. The blue spruce got a little better but ultimately could not get past a fungus that has attacked all of them in this area of the country. We stopped treating all but one of the blue spruce (a much younger one not yet sick). The remainder of our trees are looking very healthy. The company is very responsive to inquiries and has a wonderful automated system that emails me when our treatment is a day or two out, signs are left in the yard and they reuse them when I leave them on our porch ahead of time.

Pretty well. The one time I had dandelions reappear, I called them and they reapplied 2 days later.

Someone came out and looked at the tree and said we couldn't save it do to pine wilt. weeds were popping up called and they came right out and reapplied some weed killer and the yard looks good.

everything they did went great. We left them for 1 year and now we are back.

Be careful!!! They do the work but are always trying to sell you something on a recorded line. If you read their fine print previous services automatically renew every year so they perform services that you don’t need or want.

They are the best! Very professional. Quality products produce luxurious grass. Many surrounding neighbors have started their service after seeing the results of our lawn. Highly recommended.

What a ripp off company this is. I went by angies glorious reviews. They charged rediculous amount of money for each application and my most of lawn is dead. Means literally dead. When I made my complaint instead of fixing the problem they just quit applying. Unfortunately I pre paid for whole year and never got back my balance money. Sorry I will not recommend them .

They are pros. I believe they use premium stuff and they did turn my lawn around from bad to great. Yes they are pricier than others but when I see competitors results on my neighbor lawns I believe it's worth it!

I have used Natural way for lawn fertilization/weed suppression for three years and my lawn has never looked better. One summer I used them for mowing (when I was pregnant and couldn’t manage it on my own) and they did a great job. I just signed up for my 2018 package!

Tree feeding was performed in Octoberwill know how effective it will be i the spring summer of 2018. I thought Natural way treated lawns the more natural way.. there is an additional fee for that!!
