Description of Work: Last year we decided to get professional help with our yard since the grass was struggling with unwanted vegetation...some kind of creeping vine. Natural Way product helped with this problem plus helped make the grass greener and more dense. We decided to give the pest control a try this year to help get rid of an ant problem in and around the house. Employees have always been professional and ready to answer any questions or concerns. Hoping that the pest control product works as well as the fertilizing / weed control. Highly recommend Natural Way.

Description of Work: We get the lawn care and insect control. We were very pleased with the service for 2014 and will be using them again for 2015. They are good to work with and show up when they say they will. Our lawn looked pretty good last year. We're happy!!!

Description of Work: I have used Natural Way for several years. We currently get 4 applications per year on the front and back yards. My only concerns are that there is often a lot of excess fertilizer on the sidewalks and driveway (although I am not sure how much can be done to minimize that) and my lawn just never seems to improve much from year to year. I do believe that the weed control application is effective though because we really don't get very many weeds.

Description of Work: We use them for lawn and pest control. I only wanted 4 apps per season, since I think more are just "overkill". Our lawn is the best looking in the neighborhood; people often stop and admire. The pest control is also a 4 app, outside perimeter program. We no longer see bugs inside the house. we don't even need any apps on the inside! All materials are natural; the cost is better than any other company we researched. Great company; great customer service!

They may be a bit more expensive than others, I don't know that for sure, but I remember initially comparing costs and finding them a bit higher. Their quality is very good. Their responsiveness to questions is also very good. I like that we have the same person applying each time. He really knows our lawn.

Description of Work: They sprayed my lawn to prevent dandelions and other weeds, and fed the grass for healthy growth.

Description of Work: Natural Way has performed lawn treatments (fertilizing, weed control, aeration, deep root feeding of trees and shrubs) at my home. They've been very polite when contacted by phone and have followed up on the service they've provided. I will continue to use Natural Way to treat my lawn in the future.

Description of Work: Natural Way Lawn, Tree, and Pest Service performed lawn fertilization and tree care (anti-pest spraying and deep root fertilizing) for me in 2014. They did a great job, so much so that I'm actually asking them to reduce the lawn feedings this year, I was mowing a lot in 2014! They always left notes regarding the lawn (whether I should mow shorter/longer, bag clippings vs mulch, etc) and their advice was always spot on. They are a good provider and I will continue to use them going forward in 2015. As for the tree care, I'm very happy with the anti-pest spraying as it has stopped the spread of pest-spread diseases in some of my trees. They performed the deep root fertilization, not much else to say about that.

Description of Work: I have one of the better looking lawns in the neighborhood thanks to Natural Way. The service tech seems to take a personal interest in the appearance of my lawn and completes a check-off form with his feedback, time and date of service and exactly what type of chemical was used to treat my lawn. He will also provide hand written helpful hints such as increase watering, as needed

Description of Work: Signed up for and received year-long fertilizer treatment plan (you can pick how many applications) and have been very happy with the lawn this year. The weed treatment/prevention was outstanding and got rid a long-standing weed problem, and the lawn looked much better than it has in years past. Overall very happy with my choice to use Natural Way. | |The price is higher than other treatment plans (because of the organic fertilizer pricing), but it actually ends up costing the same as the organic fertilizer that I was buying & applying myself -- and my self-applied treatments were not giving me good results like this.

Description of Work: They are professional, and always prompt, but that can not make up for what I think is a poor quality product. They call their lawn fertilizer "natural," but in the end they just spray with chemicals that cause the lawn to have "hyper-growth" that results in a distressed lawn and promotes disease. Honestly, my lawn never looked worse. I switched back to using milorganite and my lawn improved substantially. | |Plus their tree and shrub care is "lacking." I hired them to spray my plum trees for apple scab (the most prevalent disease for plum trees, it causes the leaves to drop mid summer), and I thought that's what they were spraying for. After I got apple scab last summer they told me they weren't treating for apple scab, they were treating for other things - huh? They did refund the money for the tree sprays, but I won't use them again and would caution folks to carefully review any treatment plan before use their product.

Lawn has looked much better since using this service. I requested they contact me about 1 day prior to their scheduled visits and that has gone well too.
