Shrubs grow too fast - don't know whether this is "Good" ~or~ Bad; but, I do know that every spring it takes Me about One(1) week to Prune Them !!!

Diagnosed, proposed treatment I could do on my own. Flexible options depending on my budget, responds to lawn questions. Have seen lawn improvement over time.

Description of Work: We've used them for about five years. Fertilizer is natural, but insect- cide is not. One late spring we thought brown grass was from grubs. Friendly Owner came out immediately, turned some sod over, and showed us that there were no insects or grubs.

Description of Work: We have them perform the "full boat" of lawn services throughout the spring and summer, including fertilization, aeration, pest control, etc. We have used other lawn services, and our lawn has looked the best since we switched to Natural Way. When we have the need to contact their office, they are always very friendly and professional. | |There are a couple of things that could be better - first, their customer website could use a top-to-bottom overhaul. It feels incredibly dated and is not very user-friendly. And their online payment and account management interface is not very useful at all. | |Another thing I would like to see is for their workers to offer suggestions as to what I can do to make my lawn better. Lake Orion has very problematic soil, very sandy and (if our lawn analysis was accurate) very acidic. Along about mid-summer, our lawn gets noticeably stressed, especially if it is particularly hot and/or dry. We do water, but it would be nice to know if there is anything else we should be doing. Their workers always leave a door-hanger after they perform services; it would be nice to see them offer suggestions as to other things we could do for our lawn. With my work schedule, it's not convenient for me to call their office, so getting those written suggestions would be a great help. | |Overall though, I think they do a very good job and I do recommend them. They are definitely the best in the area, and we have tried them all!

Description of Work: Cost was for a year of service which includes periodic fertilization, weed control, etc. Their tech comes out on time and always reports what was done. I have used this service for 3 years and am completely satisfied and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: I have them come out regularly for lawn fertilization and weed control. We've completed two full years of service I am happy with the results. My lawn looks a lot better than when I would try to do it myself. The only minor complaint I have is that sometimes they drive a little fast when cornering in my stone driveway and they leave ruts.
