Great. We have been customers of Natural Way for many years.

My lawn was in good shape prior to Natural Way. I performed my own services for a couple of years leading to 2015 and had used Scotts prior to then. For 2015, I simply wanted to move away from DIY mode. Problems with Natural Way started with the first service. Product was scattered on my driveway and pavers but not cleaned up (work left for me to do). The service grew worse as the season progressed. Major product spills occurred causing significant damage to my lawn (refer to pictures). Consequently, I had to deal with attempting to grow grass throughout the 2015 season and into the 2016 season. Granted, the Natural Way tech eventually assigned to deal with my issues was helpful but still created more work for me to manage/do. Additionally, product was not applied properly to the lawn edges abutting the driveways, causing a much lighter color around the edges versus the remainder of the lawn. In short, my lawn looked terrible all summer and I spent considerable time dealing with Natural Way or the results of their poor service delivery. Can’t believe I had to pay to do more work and have my lawn look worse! I used Scotts for 2016, with good results and minimal effort on my part. Not sure about Scotts going forward, considering the merger with TruGreen, but I certainly will not be using Natural Way again.

They were great. Very professional, they let us know when they were coming and showed up on time. If we had an issue they were back out for spot treatments or to help diagnose issues with the lawn. Our lawn was thick, rick and healthy.

They burned the heck out of our grass and it took 2 full seasons for it to repair itself...and they offered NO RECOURSE, after admitting that the guy had over spilled feritilizer with his machine one day on many parts of our lawn. They were pushy to do another season...after I repeatedly reminded them of their BAD SERVICE! Plus we had to keep hounding them to do every service application! JUST TERRIBLE..NEVER AGAIN !!!!

We have no issues. They are better than most. Sometimes their applications are not as heavy as I think they should be in terms of how green the grass gets after an application. They usually respond to that and come back and do it.

It went very well for me. They are the best company I have ever used, and I have tried them all. I get the best results with them, My lawn looks better, greener, lesser weeds. Basicallyeverything about it looks better. I've tried every company before them, Trugreen, Goldgreen,...etc.

I've used them for years and I'm satisfied. It was all part of an annual program.

They are not cheap. I think the quality is good. I might look at other prices but they have natural stuff that will not harm pets or kids.

They're spraying natural stuff that doesn't harm my cats or dogs.

Amazing. I prepaid for the rest of the summer and all of next year. It is pet and children safe, all natural. I already got my neighbors on board.

Excellent! I've had them for 3 years and they do a great job. They've done an excellent job in getting my lawn back to healthy. The workers were very good.
