Description of Work: They do all our lawn fertilization and care (execpt for cutting/trimming) -- including feeding trees/bushes, etc. We want only organics used on the property. They are professional, prompt, and very good people to work with.

Description of Work: We've used Natural Way for lawn care (fertilizing the lawn) in both 2013 and 2015. 2014 we tried going with a slightly cheaper option and were severely disappointed with the results and the service in comparison to Natural Way. We have signed up for their entire summer program and they always come when they say they will and their application shows wonderful results. Our lawn (an acre, with many large oak trees) is vibrant, full and soft. There are never any weeds either.

Description of Work: I am still not sure about the services. I have brand new sod, just laid this year and started with this lawn service so my grass would always be nice. Doesn't look great, looks okay, which is not what I am looking for. They also spray my tree's and shrubs and when I called because my knockout roses and carpet roses where looking shabby and the leaves were getting eaten, I spoke to my contact person who is Joe and he told me there is nothing to help the problem with the carpet and knockout roses. I know for a fact there is as I have sprayed my roses myself - discussed this with Joe and he was going to check with another employee. I didn't get a call back so when I called back he told me he was going to have someone come out and spray my roses. I don't have a lot of confidence in Joe. |My score for the "C"s is based on the knowledge of Joe and his responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: They have kept the lawn green, the maple trees healthy and the shrubs look pretty good too. Have 2 flowering crab apple trees that were not doing too well and they brought them back to life and when they bloom, they are just beautiful. Been using them for many years and would not change.

Description of Work: I have been using Natural Way Lawn Service for several years. They apply fertilizer, insect control, and other needed nutrients and treatments to my lawn. I have also used them during the past 2 summers for mosquito control. They make the applications I have scheduled and have come back to reapply if I call them with a specific problem. I pay for my lawn treatments at the beginning of the year to get a better price. I intend to continue using them.
