Description of Work: I got mosquito treatment on my lawn and on my parents' lawn in a neighboring city (9miles away.). They were unable to bill me for both services. They had to bill my dad for the services at my parents' house and then send me the bill! Stupid! I can't believe I'm the only customer with more than 1 service address. I'm not home during the day when treatment occurs and my neighbor caught them on 2 occasions only treating part of my yard. I called and complained. A receipt for re-spray was in my door but the mosquitos didn't go away. I doubt I ever got re-sprayed.

Hello, and thank you for the frank review. I can only apologize for the issue you experienced with billing, as it is absolutely possible for us to bill a different address (and we do, for several reasons, several occasions). We are required to leave notification of what we apply at the service address, and can send a billing copy somewhere else. Regarding the mosquito control applications, we legally only treat target areas. If you are considering this service again in the future, please call in and speak to me. I receive this program myself, and am very familiar with the efficacy, where and when potential breakdowns may occur, and how to get the best results from this program. Again, thank you for the feedback. My apologies there was an issue with billing.

Description of Work: Not sure why they they call the service "Natural" because their products are not natural, nor pet safe. First, they used a crab grass killer that is absolutely not pet safe, despite being told I had a dog and not to use any product on the lawn that was not pet safe. Then they fertilized the lawn with some product that made it "hyper-grow" which ultimately caused a mold and lawn honestly never looked worse. They were also supposed to spray my plum trees for apple scab but somehow messed up the order and did not spray for it apple scab and my plum trees lost half their leaves by July. But worst of all, I cancelled the contract told them not to come back before they completely killed my lawn, and a month later the goof who does their spraying came back to the house and sprayed the lawn again - his excuse - ohps got the wrong address! The company did refund all money after I complained vigorously, so they were professional. But I would not recommend them - the work is too careless and the products are not good.
