Description of Work: We have used Natural Way as our provider for lawn care for a few years now. Since we have a dog, we like that the products used on our lawn are pet-friendly. They always notify us by automated or real person phone call before they come out, usually 24 hours notice. Very pleasant to deal with. Regarding punctuality, they don't give a time, nor do I ask for a specific time of day for their visit. I am fine with just knowing what day they will be out and adjust accordingly (keep the dog in, keep off the grass until it's dry, etc.)

Description of Work: Riding fertilizer machine they use actually has torn up areas of my lawn on several occasions. Also, their core aeration machine punctured my sprinkler system lines last fall. I am now looking for another company to use.
