Description of Work: During one of the hottest months of the year, I received a lawn treatment which burned out my lawn in stripes the exact width of a lawn spreader. When I called the co, I was told it was because we walked on the lawn and hadn't watered it. How did the definite pattern of fertilizer spreading end up burning my lawn. After a few emails and vm's, stating they didn't do the damage, it was finally admitted that their spreader caused the damage, but it would repair itself within 2 weeks. Why was a treatment done when it was so hot, knowing what would happen? And after reading several other reviews, sounds like this a a common problem with this co. It's now been over a month and I still have dead, yellow stripes on my lawn. A professional co. would have admitted their mistake and tried to rectify it, not blame the homeowner. Would not recommend them.

Description of Work: I pay this company to have a healthy, weed free lawn. I understand that we are in drought conditions so my lawn won't be perfectly green....but after 2 years of treatment my lawn has never looked worse. Covered in weeds and I'm beyond frustrated.
