Description of Work: AL’s high grades guided me to Nature Way Lawn and Tree Service. They fit my interests, ranking and stated business philosophy (“Quality and Service”) plus their consideration for the environment. Their site says they service Washtenaw county. I live in Washtenaw county. I filled out their online form, sent it in and got a reply that says they do not service "my area". I first tried to get a clear reason why they will not service me especially since I only live on the fringe of one of their areas, AnnArbor. Dead end. Called their office, spoke with two people that told me that where I live in Washtenaw, would not be covered. They treated my like I lived in another state. Dead end. Since this was their position, I asked them if they had any competitors (in my area) that could provide the same level of quality service and concern for the environment that they have. Dead end. I even asked to speak with Keith Fetzner, their President. Was told he was “not available”. Dead end. This was not a positive experience. I own my own business since 1989 and when anyone contacts us for something we can not offer, we do our very best to give them an acceptable "plan B". Its the least we can do.
