The quality of their work is very good. They are responsive. I haven’t had any problems with it. Their punctuality is fine and they are professional. They are always here when they say they will be. I don’t have too much to compare their price to but I think I would grade them A.

They came out. They saw the problem. They knew what was to be done. They told me what they were going to spray for and what they were going to use. I was able to talk to them and they listened. They were thorough. I think I definitely will try them.

They are very good. They are prompt and do what their supposed to do.

The work is very good. They are a good company. They quality of work is great. I love how they manage their customers. They are Pro-active in their communication. I can tell there is a high level of integrity within the company.

Their service is great. Our technician calls the day before to let us know roughly when he will be out (invaluable with a dog in the house). They are prompt and do a great job including making sure the gates are closed (again important with a dog). We have used Natural Way Lawn for several years now - first at our prior residence and now at our new house. Their service is top notch, they use good products and if there are any issues they respond quickly to take care of them. I highly recommend them.

They do the application fine, but there have been a couple of times where the timing was off and they would spray for the mosquitoes after the season. They called after the service to see if I was happy. I expressed my concerns and they did rectify them. I contracted with them again because their product is good with animals, and I have a dog.

My overall experience was good. The price and quality of work were good. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I would use them again in the future.

It was not a big job. It cost less than $100. I was not particularly pleased with their work like their follow up. There were a couple of things that I remember about them. There was some work that needed to be done on a particular tree that I was having some problems with. They came out initially and the person who was doing the sale did a fantastic job. He went through all of my trees and explained what the problem was. I had a particular tree with a problem and I asked them about it. The technician was supposed to call me when he came out so that I could talk to him and make sure that I understood what was going on with the tree. The technician came out but he never called me. I could never get them to do what I asked them to do. That put a sour taste in my mouth. They wanted to do some more services in the spring but I decided not to deal with them because of the lack of follow up. I don’t know if I could rule them out necessarily because they seemed to care and they seemed to be a good company. In that space, you have got a lot of people there and as long as they know what they are doing, I might use them again.

They were pretty good. Their parts are natural. Some applications were chemical free and that is why I used them. Their prices were the same as anybody else.

Our first few years in our home, my husband did the fertilizing and lawn care. He struggled to keep up with fertilizing/weed control schedule due to time constraints. We decided to call Natural Way to help us out. They came out at least 6 times to fertilize and take care of our lawn. They will even come out an additional time if the weeds aren't controlled a few days after the treatment. By summer, our lawn looked spectacular and both neighbors, friends and family all commented on how great our lawn looked. A few of our neighbors asked us for Natural Way's information because they were very impressed with our lawn. We were very happy with the service and plan on continuing to use their services.

Natural way was very good with communication right from the start, available at their phone numbers and even emailing quotes and more information. They have continued to provide great communication and information regarding the services they perform on our property as well as helpful tips and possible seasonal maintenance through the email newsletter and documentation for work done. a great experience working with them.

They over fertilized our lawn and caused damage to the lawn. Using the pre-emergent fertilizer excessively can burn the grass. They did not come back and fix it. So we stopped using them. We paid about $300 for the course of the summer. That was probably the average price. They were not too eager to talk to us about the problem. We will not use this company in the future.

Natural Way destroyed our lawn. We hired this contractor to fertilize and apply weed control. The weeds were gone, but our grass was also destroyed. The grass was pulling out of the ground as if it had no roots. We now have huge sections of our lawn with no grass. We complained to Natural Way that we were cancelling the service due to our dissatisfaction with their services. There was no effort made to address our concerns (other than a form letter) and after we complained, they continued to bill us for the last "service" visit. We were extremely disappointed with their lack of concern and the overall attitude of the many representatives we contacted at Natural WAy to discuss our problem. Bottom line was - we provided the service, you need to pay.

They did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them. We have used them for 3 years and they are a big improvement from previous companies. We will continue to use them.

We decided to cancel and do the lawn ourselves. After we canceled they still sent someone out and treated it after we already had. They still sent us a bill and won't stop sending it. They have been very high pressured in charging us and not letting us cancel. They keep sending us letters about the bill and said they'd meet us halfway, but that's the best they'll do. They've even threatened to send us to a collections agency.

I really believe in using this company. I feel that it is much safer for my family and the environment around our home. I think they are more than reasonable on what they charge for the yearly service. I think that will be using their services for a long time to come.

I love, love love this company. I have never had a company go the extra mile for me. They called before they came each time. They always asked if I had any areas I thought needed more or less treatment. When we had a few stray weeds, they came right out and took care of them. These guys are awesome.

I received an estimate for $900 for lawn, shrub and tree fertilization. This was so over priced that I decided to call and get somethings taken off the estimate. The guy I talked to was way into over-selling me instead of looking at what I really needed. I tried them for a while this summer but it was so expensive and I think most of the treatments for my shrubs and trees were unnecessary. I canceled them after the fourth shrub treatment and the 4/6 lawn treatments. The lawn did look great but I did think it was overpriced and over sold regarding the shrubs. The customer service was marginal although they tried to sound sincere. I wish they would have said "you have established trees and shrubs all you need is lawn care." I know this now but they should have told me instead of overselling me products.

Our yard had been starting to have brown spots and wasn't thick. After the first few treatments we noticed a definite improvement in the appearance of the lawn. I really like the fact that they limit their use of chemicals to an absolute minimum.

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE EMPLOYEES ARE METICULOUS AND EFFICIENT. THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. THEIR WORK IS VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEY COVER EVERY INCH OF THE YARD WITH INSECTICIDE AND WEED KILLER.

THIS COMPANY WAS GREAT. BEFORE I FIRST USED THEM, I HAD HARDLY ANY LAWN LEFT. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AFTER THEY STARTED FERTILIZING. THE PEOPLE WHO DO THE WORK KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO ASKED. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO AND GOT THE LAWN FERTILIZED QUICKLY. I NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT THEM NOT SHOWING UP. THE LAWN LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

WE ARE VERY PROUD OF THE WAY OUR LAWN LOOKS. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS NOW, AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO DO A VERY GOOD JOB. IT'S ALWAYS BEEN THE SAME PEOPLE THAT DO IT, WHICH DOES MAKE US FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE.
