Natural Way is great. My lawn is always green and healthy. I tried both Scotts and TrueGreen before I found Natural Way and the experience is night and day. Natural Way uses high quality granular fertilizer unlike other competitors and they actually know what their doing. Highly recommended!

This is our second year working with them. They do a great job. They spend a lot of time writing up a detailed list of what the lawn needs since we are not home when they do the treatment. They are always responsive when I call with any questions.

They have been quite nice to work with. I had questioned them about some things on my lawn, they came out to check on it and advise me with no additional charge. They also followed up nicely when I decided to have some extra care done. They have always been prompt, respectful and done what I asked.

They are terrific. We have referred them to many neighbors who have also been very happy. They come once a month but it is not a set time or date. They are experts and come when it is most appropriate do the treatment.

This is my second year using their them. They are very good at communicating with the customer. They have excellent follow up after treatment. The lawn tech who comes out does a very thorough job, makes suggestions and communicates what is going on with the lawn. We do not have a set schedule they just show up when the fertilizer needs to be done.

I have been using this company for four or five years. They last sprayed all the trees and bushes on July 31st. I have burning bushes that seem to start loosing leaving about the middle of August almost every year. So as in past years I called them about the issue and for them to come out and spray again. I placed the call on August 13th and they said someone would be out within three to five days. Instead of responding to my service issue in three to five days they waited nine days until Aug 22nd and applied the next application which was a billable service. In the mean time my burning bushes have continued to loose leaves. When I call to complain, the route manager called me back and was very unconcerned about them not responding to my issue until the next application. I am very dissatisfied with their response.

I was generally happy with what they did but they just wanted to go up so much this year that I thought I should look elsewhere. Last year they were reasonable, they gave me a deal and this year they are good but they really wanted me to pay for it and I thought I should see about the same service from somebody a little cheaper this year. If they come back with a more reasonable price or if I can’t get what I think is a better deal for the quality work I am getting, I would certainly go back to them. It is a price issue.

I was disappointed with the first application because when the fertilizer was spread, it went all in my organic vegetable garden. I had to abandon the garden and start fresh which was costly. I called the office and let them know of the issue and they assured me that going forward, no fertilizer would be applied in the garden. I had one application since and didn't see any fertilizer in the garden.

Average product, reasonable service, watchout for the auto-renewal of optional items. Service is fine, although communication is lacking. Generally a barely legible note is stuffed into the door frame, with a message to water more (7+ inches of rain in the last 3 weeks...the ground is saturated...but I need to water more...riiiggghhttt). Usually get a call at the start of the year, seeing if I want Aeration, or some other additional service. Grass certainly looks better than it did 18 months ago, but it's not much better than my neighbors. He fertilizes twice a year, and has no sprinklers and does no watering other than the occasional hosepipe...go figure. Final straw was the 'auto renewal' of a $154 grub preventative...yes, they probably told me at the time, but optional treatments for specific issues should be reviewed, not just redone every year whether you have the problem or not. The office didn't seem interested in discussing it, choosing to just repeat that it auto-renews. Given that the results are so-so, the cost is fairly significant, and the somewhat dismissive attitude from the office (never did get the phone call I actually asked for), we decided to cancel our service completely. For $1000+ a year, I'd expected a little more.

It went really well. The trees are looking a lot perkier and I was really happy with their service. they were very professional and very prompt. Good people to work with.

It was fine. They were okay. It was pricey and that's why I stopped using them. They came when I wasn't there so I don't know much about them.

We hired Natural Way last fall and have been pleased with the results, our lawn's condition has improved consistently and we have many compliments. We have recommended Natural Way to friends and neighbors.

I ordered the service on May 9, 2013 and was told they would perform the first application within 10 business days. They said they would call two days in advance. Two days prior to the deadline I called them and they had not yet given the order to a technician. They said they would do it that day and someone would phone me back that day with a date of application. Toward their closing time I called again and was told I would be called in 10 minutes. When they did not call I phone again and was told a technician would call me that evening. No one called that evening or the next day. I asked for a refund and was told there was a cancellation fee and someone would definitely do the application that week. No one did so I call and asked for the manager and left a voice mail message explaining the problem to the person I was told was the manager. He did not call back within a week and no one did the application so I called again. April answered and said she was the office manager and that someone would come that day or call me. No one came or called so one week later- four weeks and one day after I ordered the service-I requested a refund and was granted it the next day.

They are phenomenal. It is $68 per application. I literally don't have weeds and dandelions. The reason why I picked them over everyone else was because until about 3 weeks ago we had a beagle and as soon as she would go outside when anybody else fertilized the yard with any kind of liquid, she would come in and her belly would be all full of sores and so this company uses all natural products so she didn't have any sores. They can fertilize all day long and it wouldn't bother her at all. That was the main reason I went with them. However, my lawn made a complete about face and I'm really, really happy with their company. They are fabulous. Their price is very good. They're quick to come out and they're very good about calling when they're coming. They come when they say they're coming and they're very professional.

They were on time, answered all my questions and so far the work shows results with no weeds as I've had in the past.
