Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

Our lawn looked great this summer. We did have a hard time with crab grass, but they were very responsive when we called. They came out the same week we called and there was no extra charge (as noted in their contract) to spot treat the crab grass. | |The only thing I wish they would have done differently is to give us a little more notice before they are coming out. I would get a phone call around 7-8:00 at night that they would be out the next day. That didn't allow me anytime to to change things if necessary. There were times the lawn treatment interfered with plans I had for the kids to play outside or with our lawn service.

Everything went very smoothly. Fertilizer was applied and my lawn is very green.

I liked the fact that the same tech. came out each time to apply the fertilizer. When I had a question or problem I called the office & rec'd a quick ans. Also by having the tech. he knew the lawn & was able to answer any questions I had when he came. You can pay by the yr. or each time they come. I will be using them again.

They have always been timely, and respond immediately and positively if you ever need to contact them for follow-up. Example, There was a part of lawn near neighbors that wasn't getting treated, we think because they throught it was ourneighbor's yard.) One call = fixed. They also will help you identify problem areas (like grubs or moths) without trying to push to h****** it being a sale of additional products.

OK. The only problem I have encountered with this vender is that I called to schedule an aeration of the lawn, was told that they would call before they came, and they never showed. Saved me $60, but I really wanted the service. No, I did not call them to ask what was going on because it is now too late in the season for aeration to help. :(

They did what I paid for however I still had quack grass that should have been taken care of with the fert. & weed control they applied.

I've been using them for several years - the service just continues each year. I am given the opportunity in January to cancel, or to pay the entire year if I wish (this includes a discount). The only thing I don't care for is that I'll see their number on my caller id but they never leave a message. I am never sure why they are calling. I take it back, they did leave one message for me, asking if I wanted crabgrass service. Otherwise, I've never been left a message.

Applicator was very hurried and missed areas for weed control this year. Prior years service was very good.

Another service provider used to provide lawn care service, but they disappointed me several times. Meanwhile my next door neighbor used Natural Way and was happy with their services. I now understand why. Without fanfare they just do what they are supposed to do, as agreed, on time and effectively. The fellow who services my neighborhood is always friendly and pleasant. I have observed his work and I think he is conscientious about doing a good job.

We have been very pleased with their service and plan to continue using them.

I had to call them about creeping weeds in back yard. They came out and checked area and applied additional treatment at additional cost.

All went well, although details are hard to rate since we are often not home when they do the work.

They always let me know what they are going to do and the cost. They answer my questions and concerns promptly. I am very pleased with their professionalism.

Changed several years ago from a large national company and found this company to have a good, safe product that is competitively priced and with good quality results. If you call for occasional spot treatment, they are always responsive.

The service has been consistent ... Good, even grass growth with a minimum of weeds. They've been responsive to all weed problems, questions, and concerns. Provided advice on dealing with invasive grasses not controlled by normal applications. They come out immediately to inspect discuss anything I've questioned. Treated a fungus earlier in the year and brought the lawn back nicely. They are a little pricer than two other sevices I've used, but have performed better - fewer stray weeds, no wild growth spurts after applications and no burn spots even in the summer heat. Also, didn't have them track weeds and diseases into the yard from other sites - the main reason I got rid of the two previous services. Tree & shrub service has been great - an "A". Took care of a couple of bug problems, and have things growing strongly.

We have been working with Natural Way for a number of years now and have been very happy overall with everything they have done. We have tried many lawn care services but keep coming back to Natural Way. We find them very easy to work with, and always able to get a hold of if needed instead if answer machines or people at the phones that don't know anything. We will continue to use them next year again for all our lawn care needs. I don't think you will be disappointed if you try them.

Spread lawn fertilizer and supposidly weed control. Fertilizer was ok, however I really do not see the weed control has been very effective. They have gone up on the price $52.00 per application. This is rather high according to some of my neighbors.

I have them call me so I know to turn off the sprinklers so the tech doesn't get soaked. They always show up on the given day. We have had them for several years. My only suggestions would be if they could somehow not get fertilizer all over my driveway,

The fertilization went well, however, a few weeks after the application, a sales person from Natural Way came to my home unannounced and entered my yard without permission. My children were in the yard and were frightened. The salesperson proceeded to leave a quote for all kinds of work they thought needed to be done. Not professional at all. I immediately cancelled all of my service and received no apology or explanation whatsoever from the company.

This cost is an estimate of the time of service between April and November. Our lawn was in pretty bad shape and we had problems with grubs, but now it looks very nice. The weed control was great all spring and summer. They told us that all we needed to do was to call if we saw any weeds and they would come back out, but we never needed too. We have paid with each service performed, so you can tailor everything for your needs (we just needed some extra help!). They are very efficient and on the bill that is left, they explain everything that was done and what to expect. I have had nothing but great service!

They provided lawn fertilization for the season. Five applications.

We have used Natural Way for over 10 years and our lawn has looked great since we started using them. A couple of times oa few dandelions popped up between treatments and they were out the next day for some spot-treatment. We're very satisfied with their service and they offer a discount if you pay for the season in advance.

Overall quite pleased with the service...

Because I have pets I used Natural Way for weed control and fertilization. Package Deal with 6 applications. Once a month with minimal toxicity exposure for pets and children.
