Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

Treat lawn with fertilizer & weed control. Each service application was done on time and efficiently. they offered advice for issues we did not want to pay them to do. They were very helpful. Price is competitive for the quality of service they offered - not the cheapest but worth the money.

We have about 1 1/2 acres that they fertilize. Had them all summer for monthly treatments. The service was very good, only had them come back a couple times to redo some areas. Very punctual and polite.

I like the products they use. Whenever we have had to talk to them about a lawn problem, they have been responsive and professional. The same person has been servicing our lawn the entire time, so he really knows what is going on.

I really appreciate Scott as he calls me before he comes to let me know that he will be here so my kids don't go rolling around in the grass only for me to find out later that they fertilized. I have had some issues (grubs, crane flies, etc.) and Scott comes out personally to check it out and offers a plan. No plans to change services unless price goes up.

I have used them for several years for lawn treatment. I usually sign up and pay in advance for the full season of lawn treatments. They have never failed to show up and they do what is asked. Contacts with their people are always polite and professional. I plan to use them again next year.

We had an unfortunate incident where a careless spreading of chemicals killed the entire crop of carrots in our vegetable garden, but other than that have been reasonably satisfied.

They replanted a 25 ft Evergreen that had blown over in the storm.

They fertilized the lawn. We are very pleased with their work.

They offered a yearly pre-paid plan and did a great job this year with suggestions on how to improve our lawn during the summer rains and then dry spells. We will renew again for next year.

They did everything well except for the mole treatment. They came back twice (initial application + two more) and I still have a mole problem.

I contract with them yearly, and get a discount for doing so. I feel like they really care about my lawn, and keep it healthy and looking great.

They are very professional and do an excellent job. I had an issue two years ago with overspray of fertilizer on my driveway. I called and it was corrected. Product is great. You pay a premium, but receive a better product.

They aerate, fertilize, and do crabgrass |Control on our lawn. Our lawn looks alright, but not wonderful. We have grubs in spite of their doing some grub control treatment too. It is not bad enough for us to be bothered changing. However, the aeration is very much a sweep, whereas we have seen more thorough work elsewhere.

The service tech assigned to our account has been wonderful and deserves a grade of "A". The only reason I downgraded the overall score is related to sales practices, and those were more prevalent in the first year of service. The company initially made multiple calls to establish additional areas of work on the trees and shrubs and I felt they were overly aggressive in their sales pitch, starting out with an initial consulting call that handed me off to a supervisor when I declined the services. That practice seems to have been eliminated. Overall I've been very happy with the lawn maintenance team and plan to continue using them.

I have been using Natural Way for my lawn treatment and have been very satisfied with their work. If you notice a problem between applications, they will retreat for free. They do follow up on your service by phone and by survey.

$450 was for working over and reseeding a bad patch of lawn that was admittedly pretty far gone. But the next spring and summer that part of the lawn looked worse than before. If something more needed to be done on our end they didn't tell us what it was. We had quite a bit of personal | contact before we signed up for the $ 450 treatment, but no real personal contact after.

The fertilize the lawn on 7 occasions throughout the season. They fertilize my trees and give special attention to my crab trees. The apply fungicide to eliminate moles, etc. They spray to eliminate mosquitos and fleas and ticks. I am sure there are other things, but I find there work to be quite good and have used them for the last 15 years.

We have our lawn fertilized about 7 times between spring and fall annually. They always come and do what they are suppose to do and leave a receipt on the door. |No complaints.
